She Stays Hydrated

Chropra tells The Times India that she makes sure to stay hydrated throughout her busy day, and she means it. "Juices and water are high on my intake list," she says. "In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least ten glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin."

She Doesn't Have A Diet

Chopra says that when it comes to what she eats, she tries to not be so restrictive. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she says to Elle. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."

She Indulges, Usually On Weekends

Chopra says that she isn't afraid to indulge, but that she makes sure to not do it too often. "You don't have to starve yourself," she told Women's Health. "I love having my pizzas and burgers and buffalo wings, on the side, for sure." She says that she usually keeps her indulgences to the weekends.

Her Body Listens To Her

Most people live by the expression "listen to your body." Chopra, however, says that she does the opposite. "I don't listen to my body, my body listens to me," she said to Women's Health. "I can't afford to be sick or low on energy. It's mind over matter."

She Works Out Often

While Chopra says that she's not a "gym freak", she does say that she works out regularly. She said to The Times Of India, "I am not a gym-freak, but do work out regularly to keep the body well-toned. The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes." Chopra tells Women's Health that since she does a lot of her own stunts, she has to stay in shape.
