1. She Stays Away From Diets
Priyanka tries to keep herself away from diets. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she told ELLE. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."
2. She Hydrates

Hydration is another one of her tactics for healthy living, telling Times of India that "juices and water are very high on my intake list. In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin,” she said.

Priyanka is a fan of jump roping. "I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do,” the star explained in an interview.
4. She Tries Not to Eat Late
"I never worked out as consistently as I have during quarantine," she recently told People. "I also pay attention to my diet.” One major thing she did was eliminate late night eating. “I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o’clock. I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I’m drinking lots of water."
5. Self-Care Is Crucial

Priyanka is a big advocate of self-care. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means.

Some stars work out daily, not Priyanka. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape," she explained to Vogue India. “I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I’m exhausted by the end of it.”
