Finch tells ELLE that she isn’t afraid of carbs. However, she likes healthy carbs. “I think carbs with breakfast and lunch is a must,” she says. “[But] If you are training and still active throughout the day, you can have carbohydrates at dinner time as well. Make them good quality carbs. For example, choose the brown rice over the white. Eat lots of quinoa.”

3. She Has Healthy Staples

Finch tells ELLE that she keeps healthy foods in her pantry at all times. “The staples in my pantry are things like dried nuts, all the spices and herbs like turmeric, cinnamon, honey and apple cider vinegar. I’ve always got brown rice cakes, things like balsamic vinegar, olive oil, coconut oil – all the different oils.”

4. She Loves Collagen Coffee

Finch loves to drink collagen coffee each day. She shared her recipe with Marie Claire. "There is not a day that goes by that I don't have my collagen coffee! I mix one scoop of Kissed Earth Brilliance Collagen, one scoop of medicinal mushrooms, 1 teaspoon of Maca powder, plus almond milk and black coffee. I blend it all in a blender and drink it with a big smile on my face."

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Finch shared her go-to workouts with Marie Claire. She says that she likes to do a lot of different things. "I move my body every day! But every day is entirely different, there are no two weeks the same. 1. She Is Real About Her Body

Catherine doesn’t believe in pretending that her body is perfect. “I woke up today and thought I want to be a bit more real on here.. so I took these photos,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “I train almost everyday and am careful of what I eat, I’m aware this isn’t very bad or “poor me” etc but I’m just showing i have loose skin after 2 kids that is wrinkly and crepey and yes sometimes it bothers me because it isn’t the Instagram version of “perfection” I am always seeing. I am my biggest critic and can be super harsh on myself always thinking of trying to be perfect, I’ve struggled with a weight complex my whole life but As I’m getting older I’m becoming more aware that if I as a fully grown adult woman can be so impacted by the Instagram version of perfection how will our young daughters be ? What pressure will they feel? I think it’s important to not let the idea of perfection be confused with being the best version of yourself. I’ve personally struggled with this a lot but am learning to accept myself more. I grew two beautiful children inside that stomach and yes it’s crepey and wrinkled when I squash it together 😂 but so what? It’s real life ✌️ Just thinking let’s try embrace our flaws more and accept ourselves fully.”

2. She Does Pilates

Catherine’s favorite workout is pilates. “Keep moving, keep stretching 🙆‍♀️ Back in my happy place,” she captioned an Instagram post of herself on her reformer. In another post she thanks her pilates instructor, Holly Bramley for helping her “stay toned, flexible and strong,” she writes. “Your classes are so challenging I love it!”

3. She Does Yoga

Catherine also does yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

4. She Soaks in Hot Water

Catherine Harding2Catherine Harding/Instagram

Catherine enjoys soaking in hot water, in a jacuzzi or bathtub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Does Cold Plunges

Catherine Harding1Catherine Harding/Instagram

In her latest post, Catherine reveals that she “is on a real health kick at the moment trying new things and just posting this to be accountable.” In the photo she sits in a freezing cold bathtub for four minutes. “It feels good,” she gushes after getting out. “Such a weird sensation that comes all over your entire body."

1. She Hikes

Like so many stars who live in California, Rachael takes advantage of the rugged terrain. She loves going on hikes and sharing photos of her workouts on Instagram. "If adrenaline, which is produced by the body to cope with real or perceived danger, isn’t released from the body, it accumulates, causing muscle tension and feelings of anxiety. Walking releases this adrenaline. Results showed immediate decreases in tension and anxiety after walking, regardless of how fast or slow the participants walked," says the American Hiking Society. "Endorphins released by your body during a walking workout can lift your spirits and keep them there throughout the day or night – keeping your brain as healthy as your body."

2. She Does Beachbody Workouts

Rachael is a big fan of Beachbody at-home workouts. “Who says you have to leave your house to get some cardio in?” she captioned this video. She maintains she has learned “countless cardio exercises” through the app that can be done anytime anywhere. She revealed her workout, which consists of five rounds of the following 30 second exercises: jumping lunges, v crunches, squat jacks, mountain climbers, hip dip planks, curtsy lunges.

3. She Stays Active Outdoors

Rachael is incredibly active outdoors. In the winter, Rachael heads to the snow to get some skiing in. In the summer, she hits the beach and goes boating, on walks, and explores cities during her travels.

4. She Does a 5-Minute Ab Workout

Rachael swears that her abs are the result of a 5-minute workout. “Every abdominal muscle will be engaged with these five workouts and I learned this through taking classes on @myopenfit app,” she captioned this video. “Whether you’re in a studio or in the comfort of your own home, you can use OpenFit from anywhere. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and run through the circuit 2X.”

5. She Cheats

Rachael maintains a healthy diet, but is all about indulging on occasion. One of her favorite sweet treats? Ice Cream. “We should be paying rent here by now…” she captioned this Instagram post devouring an ice cream cone. Make sure you have a realistic serving size. " On the old Nutrition Facts label, serving size represented the amount of food that you probably should eat. For example, the serving size for ice cream used to be 1/2 cup. But Americans' portion sizes have increased over the years. So to help you calculate the number of calories you're actually consuming, the new label lists the serving size you are likely to eat. The new serving size for ice cream is 2/3 cup," says the Mayo Clinic.

Beux Raymond is reminding her fans that she is Too Hot to Handle in her swimsuit. The winner of the reality show flaunts her incredible figure in a bathing suit via one of her latest social media posts. “Let me remind you,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, taken when she was about to hop in a jacuzzi tub. “Oh woooow,” commented Coco Lodge. “Reminded,” added Demi Sims, along with fire emojis. 1. She Boxes

"Too Hot To Handle" - Press PhotocallJohn Phillips/Getty Images

Beaux is devoted to fitness. On her Instagram Stories she often shares clips and photos of her boxing workouts, great for the body because fitness boxing “constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs.”

2. She Does Yoga

KISS Haunted House PartyJoe Maher/Getty Images

There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, and Beaux clearly understands that. She also shares photos and videos of herself striking a pose. Harvard Health recently found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

3. She Drinks Coffee

It’s rare to find Beaux without a cup of coffee in hand. A new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and early death.

4. She Remains True to Herself

SHEIN Christmas Pop-UpDave Benett/Getty Images

Beaux stays authentic and true to herself. “I don’t have any regrets from the show,” she told Us Weekly after the show wrapped. “I think everything that I did on the show, I’m happy with. I wouldn’t have changed it because it wouldn’t have been me. But at the end of the day, if it didn’t happen, something else might not have come from it.”

5. She Soaks in Hot Water

As can be evidenced from Beaux’s most recent post, she loves soaking in hot water. Why should you take a bath or soak in a hot tub? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Charlotte Crosby first made waves as a cast member on the hit MTV series, Geordie Shore, a British spin-off of the US’ Jersey Shore. From there, she has also launched a fitness plan, including DVDs. Crosby also has a large following on social media, specifically Instagram. She’s currently on vacation, and shared a new photo to her stories. In it, Crosby posed by the pool in a bathing suit. She captioned it, “What a perfect little getaway with my love.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Sticks With It

Crosby shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Closer Online. She says that consistency is an important part of fitness. “If you fall off the workout wagon, just get back on it! Don’t let all the hard work you’ve already done go to waste, just because of a few dodgy days. You can always make up for lost time.”

2. She Works Out With Others

Crosby likes to workout with her friends as a way to help her stay motivated. “Form a fitness group with your mates or on Facebook,” she advises in her Closer interview. “I love working out with the Geordie Shore girls when we’re in the house, because it helped keep me motivated. If one of us slacks, the others keep you on course.”

3. She Eats Slowly

London Celebrity Sightings - October 19, 2021Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

When it comes to eating, Crosby believes slower is better. “I used to wolf down my food in five minutes then look for pudding because I was still hungry,” she explains to Closer. “Take your time over your tea - it should take 20 minutes to eat a meal. I guarantee you won’t be hungry if you eat more slowly, because it gives your tummy time to tell your brain that you’re full.”

4. She Mixes It Up

Crosby tells Closer that she likes to switch up her workouts. “Variety is the key to life,” she says. “No one likes doing the same thing every day and exercise is no different. Shake it up a bit. My DVD has different workouts so you’re not doing the same routines day in day out.”

5. She Believes In Balance

CharlotteCrosbyCharlotte Crosby/Instagram

Crosby lives a healthy lifestyle. However, she tells NowToLove that she also believes in balance. “You don't have to be stupidly disciplined. It's about having a balance of everything. It's important to allow yourself a cheat day or two, otherwise you have more chance of quitting altogether. It's good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it.”

Goblet squats 4 x 15 (I put plates under the front of my feet to distribute more weight on the backs of my heels to allow for a deeper burn). Hip thrusts 3 x 15. Front squat 4 x 15. Battle ropes 4x 25sec rounds. Finisher: walking lunges (weighted or not weighted).”

5. She Wants To Break Beauty Standards

At the beginning of last year, Fuller submitted herself as a rookie for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Fuller explained her reasons why in the caption of this Instagram post. “It’s been a dream of mine to enter into @si_swimsuit search, but had always made excuses as to why I wasn’t good enough,” she writes. “But I am enough, and thank you SI for helping me get to this place of acceptance within myself. So here goes nothing…Growing up, it was just me and mom until my step dad adopted me at a young age. I am a melting pot of Japanese white and black and everyone in my family is all blonde hair and blue eyed so I always felt different. My idea of beauty was not me. It was what was in my immediate vicinity. I never truly felt beautiful. I remember seeing women in Sports Illustrated as I got older and they were all so beautiful and unique in their own ways. Being beautiful and sexy can be any color and any size. And it’s not just an outward appearance these women represent strength, acceptance, and even more so changed the way I viewed beauty. I relate to the women in this magazine in a BIG way and they will never know the acceptance I felt by just knowing there’s others out there just like me!”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
