She Lives A Healthy Lifestyle

Stuhlmann is all about living a healthy lifestyle. She shared some of her lifestyle tips in an interview with Fitness Gurls. "I began weight training, working out extremely hard, and focusing on my nutrition. I went all in; I did two strategic workouts a day and followed a weighed-out meal plan given to me by a nutritionist who helped me reach my goals."

Stuhlmann is all about being authentic. She tells Fitness Gurls, "There was a time earlier in my career when I got a little nervous about how I would be perceived in the industry based on my appearance and style. For the past few years, I have put so much work into professional tennis, from media, broadcasting, marketing, writing, tournament sponsorships and partnerships, sales, events, player relations, and much more. I finally realized I could do all these things without changing who I am!"

She Plays Tennis

Tennis is obviously one of the main ways Stuhlmann stays in shape. "Even though I loved this phase of life, I still knew that my calling was in the tennis space," she told Fitness Gurls. "There was a time when the two (fitness and tennis) did crossover when I shifted all my energy back into tennis. I personally trained many tennis players of all ages and levels- young juniors, college teams and players, USTA adult players, etc. In 2018, I even presented at the ITPA World Tennis Fitness Conference in Atlanta, which was a fantastic experience."

She Plays Pickleball

Stuhlmann tells Outkick that she also likes to play pickleball. "I've had so many people tell me that I should play pro pickleball and when I was on-site at the Desert Ridge Open the other day, I low-key thought about it and considered and weighed out my current life schedule with a part-time professional Pickleball training schedule. Unfortunately, it turns out it does not seem feasible for me with my daily busy schedule, but it was a fun thought in the moment."

She's Grateful

Stuhlmann has a lot of success, and she is extremely grateful for it. She opened up about this to PopCulture.com. "It was pretty funny, all day I kept getting hundreds of new followers across all of my platforms- I was like 'what is going on?' I received some tweets and comments saying stuff like, 'How's it feel to be the world's No. 1 tennis influencer?' And then a friend of mine sent me the article and I read it, it was awesome. Such a fun honor."
