Radhika Apte is showing off her famous figure in a sequined swimsuit in the latest issue of Bazaar India. The actress stuns in her latest Instagram, a sneak peak of her gorgeous spread in the fashion magazine. How does the beautiful star maintain her fit physique and stay healthy as well as happy? Read on to see 7 of Radhika Apte’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Don’t Listen to Trolls

Radhika suggests not listening to haters. “I don’t read the comments very much. So, I don’t know if I am criticized or not, really. To be honest, criticism is not bad. You can read it and see whether it makes sense to you,” she told Indian Express.

2. Move Your Body

2019 International Emmy Awards GalaDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

“I find it really bizarre,” Radhika once said about people who share their workouts online. While you won’t find her sweating on Instagram she does move a lot. “But I do yoga. I go for a run or a swim. These are the three things I love doing.”

3. Eat What You Want in Moderation

“I eat absolutely everything. I try to eat in moderation on most days,” Radhika dished to Indian Express about how she approaches diet. “When I am on holiday, I indulge a lot and after that, for a month I try to eat healthy so that I lose the weight and go back to my average weight and then eat again. I just indulge once or twice a week in my normal routine.”

4. Cheat On Occasion

Radhika promotes cheating on occasion. “I have a massive sweet tooth,” Radhika confessed to Indian Express. “So, lots of cakes, ice-creams, tiramisu, croissants. I absolutely love anything sweet.”

5. Love and Accept Yourself

Entertainment India SeptemberProdip Guha/Getty Images

Radhika promotes self-love and reminds her fans that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all definition of beauty. “In our society, people are expected to have an ideal shape and size. They are expected to fit into the smallest size. Everyone should accept and love themselves regardless of how society and popular culture view ideal shape, size, and appearance. The true purpose is to love yourself the way you are, whether you are thin or curvy. They should not only love themselves but realize their self-worth which is important,” she told Indian Express.

6. Prioritize Hydration

Hydration is key, according to Radhika. Not only is it beneficial for your health but for beauty. “Water is the best to hydrate from within. If it’s too hot, I’ll have coconut or lemon water,” she stated, per Vogue India.

7. Take Supplements

Entertainment India SeptemberProdip Guha/Getty Images

Radhika makes sure to get all the nutrients she needs by taking daily supplements. “I supplement my diet with flaxseed powder, probiotics, and Vitamin C and B12,” she shared, per Vogue. Flaxseeds "are the richest natural source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid that's also found in soybean oil, canola oil, and walnuts. Because our bodies can't make omega-3 fats, we must get them from food. The other main omega-3s, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), are found mainly in fatty fish. Nutrition experts recommend getting at least one rich source of omega-3 fats daily. So if you don't eat fish, flaxseeds are a good option," says Harvard Health.

Indian actress Kate Sharma is enjoying a magical trip to the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Sharma shared a reel of herself swimming in a beautiful pool, wearing a bright pink swimsuit and sarong, with palms and blue skies in the background. “Poolside paradise 😍,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sharma stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Lime Soda

Sharma’s go-to drink is fresh lime soda. “Limes are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients," says Carly Sedlacek RDN, LD. “Limes are low in calories, high in micronutrients and punch above their weight with regard to both water and fiber content. They’re really good for us, but most of us aren’t going to make a snack of them. The juice — without added sugar — is the best we can do.”

2. Running Outside

Sharma loves running outside, especially at the beach. “There’s good evidence that spending time outside can reduce stress, depression levels, and anxiety,” says Josh Lawler, a UW environmental & forest sciences professor. “We suspect that one of the routes for the physical benefits is through [the] decreased stress and anxiety.”

3. She Chooses Happiness

Sharma says she chooses happiness in her personal life. “I don't date much but I have had rough patches in relationships. Ups and down are part of life and moving on is an art of life,” she says. “Break ups were there but that all made me so strong and I am a girl who looks at the broader aspect in life. So pain was there but feeling the pain and being sad is a choice.

So I chose happiness. It took time to heal but today I learned happiness is the most important thing in this world.”

4. Bathing Beauty

Sharma loves to take baths. “Taking a bath has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Soaking in a tub is something many people have access to but don’t take advantage of enough. But it can be beneficial for a lot of people.”

5. She Is an Artist

When it comes to her career, Sharma loves the benefits creativity brings to her life. “Artist is an artist, no matter where he/she performs," she says. "It’s always a pack of feelings and entertainment which we have to give to the audience. Films and music videos both tell a story. The only difference is that films are on a larger scale in every form, while music videos take less time but require the same level of consistency and hard work as an artist."

2. She Strength Trains

One way Laxmi likes to stay in shape is by doing strength training workouts. She posts several photos and videos on Instagram of herself doing different strength based exercises at the gym. She posted this reel of herself lifting a weight, captioning it, “It’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up! Back to functional training after long, but getting there with the help of my trainer.” She also posted this photo of herself about to lift a barbell, captioning it, “There is no shortcut, it takes time to build a better, stronger version of yourself.”

3. She Rides ATVs

Laxmi is a big fan of riding ATVs. She posted this series of photos on Instagram of herself going for a ride in the sand. Laxmi did this activity on New Year’s Eve, as she captioned the post, “Riding into 2022. What a way to end 2021. Made enough memories. Perfect way to say goodbye 2021.”

4. She Wants To Show Different Sides Of Herself

Laxmi wants her fans to see her play different roles. In 2019, she took on the role of a woman on the run in the film Mirugaa, and she told The Hindu that she wanted people to see her play more serious roles. “I just thought people have seen me do a lot of commercial films, and so playing a role like this. I wanted to make people think that I can pull off these serious roles. Clearly, I’m experimenting, just doing things where people will get to see a different me.”

5. She’s A Feminist

Laxmi is a proud feminist, and is outspoke about sexism faced in the film and acting world. She tells The Hindu, “I wouldn’t mind seeing a female cinematographer. But if the director is a man, there are a lot of restrictions to the way he would talk on the set, especially if he has a female senior technician on the floor. These are some reasons people don’t take a chance [with women]. It is not a great reason but people in the industry are way more casual and they always want to be in their comfort space. When a woman enters the picture, the guy thinks he cannot control it and then the work space becomes diplomatic.”

Radhika Madan is enjoying the beautiful scenery in Goa, India. The gorgeous 27-year-old actress posted photos of herself wearing a stunning red bikini as she lounges by a pool, captioning the post, “Just pooling around🙃.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Madan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Tabata Workouts

Madan is a big fan of Tabata, a type of HIIT workout. “It will jump your heart rate up pretty quickly,” says exercise physiologist Katie Lawton, MEd. “These are going to feel like very long minutes. There is a lot of effort packed into a short time – and you’re going to feel it.” One benefit of Tabata is that no equipment is needed. “You can do Tabata in your hotel room,” Lawton says.

2. She Is Realistic About Healthy Relationships

Madan is looking for love—but is realistic about what that looks like. “For me, right now, pyaar dosti nahi hai (love is not friendship) but you know, you need to accept the person wholly,” she tells FilmFare. “You need to accept their grays as well, not just the black and white. When you accept someone as a person completely, woh pyaar hota hai (that’s love). So that definition for me has changed a lot. Earlier, it was a checklist of how they looked, what flowers they sent. When you learn from life, your definition changes.”

3. She Loves To Dance

“When I was in 8th grade, I got into dancing. I used to stand at the back in the class and look at the floor while dancing,” Madan says. “One day, my instructor pulled me to the front and asked me to look at myself in the mirror. I was never the same person after that. It just gave me that confidence. Dancing made me realize that there is a light within me which nobody can extinguish and then I just carried on.”

4. She Enjoys Watermelon

Madan loves to eat watermelon, which is not only delicious but highly nutritious. “Thanks to its high-water content watermelon has a low-calorie density, this means a large slice of watermelon has a relatively small calorie contribution,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Eating foods, like this, which are both filling but low in calories appears to help promote fullness and reduce appetite. The pink-red flesh of the watermelon tells us its rich in compounds called carotenoids, including beta-carotene, which we convert to vitamin A. Often called pro-vitamin A, beta-carotene, helps keep our eyes and skin healthy.”

5. She Practices Yoga

Madan is a devotee of yoga, which experts say has both mental and physical benefits. "It packs a powerful punch," says Maren Nyer, an instructor in psychology at Harvard Medical School and director of yoga studies at Harvard- affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. "You're getting more than just one thing. You get strength and flexibility training, as well as a form of meditation that prepares you to be more mindful the rest of your day."

Richa Chadha is showing off her slimmed down figure! The Indian actress, who recently lost a whopping 33 pounds in just three months, continues to show off her fabulous figure on special media. “Catch of the day,” she captioned a video on Instagram this week, wearing a bathing suit as she splashed around in the ocean. How does the actress stay fit? Read on to see 5 ways Richa Chadha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Doesn’t Over-Exercise

Richa recently lost over 33 pounds. “I was quite happy with the size I was at. I wanted to become healthier, overall. I wanted the quality of my sleep, movement, exercise and mobility to improve,” she said, per The Hindustan Times. She also called herself “a victim of trying to work out too much,” adding that it took a toll on her body. “Too much exercise can damage your insides and be counter-productive to your effort. Rest is very important but underrated. To deal with the things that aren’t in our control, we’ve to follow a few basic rules for our health so that we can be prepared for those times when you’ve to push it in high-stress work environments,” she continued.

2. She Loves Her Curves

Despite her weight loss, Richa maintains that her curves are intact. In a recent Instagram post showing off her body, she pointed out that when you lose weight the right way it doesn’t have to compromise your booty. “Healthy weight loss means you don’t lose muscle, like in my case the gluteus maximus is intact,” she wrote.

3. She Boxes

Don’t mess with Richa! One of her favorite workouts is boxing. “The girl your mama warned you about. With @coachashfit , sorry bro for punching hard ☺️” she captioned this video of her session. “Prep time ssshhhh. I love boxing. Gets rid of excess rage and is a great workout !”

4. She Is a Vegan

Tofu,,Spinach,And,Sesame,Stir-fry,Fried,With,Garlic,And,GingerShutterstock

Richa recently went from vegetarian to vegan. “I’ve always been vegetarian and I was slowly getting sick of dairy because I realized the dairy industry functions very differently from when our parents were consuming dairy and poultry products – in terms of mass production and numbers – so I decided to give that up altogether,” she told Vegan First. “So the transition from being vegetarian to vegan was not very difficult for me.” Now she gets her protein from spinach, sprouts, and tofu.

5. She Treats Her Body with Respect

In an interview with IndiaToday. In, Richa explained that weight loss is an individual journey. "Just observe your body and treat it with respect, like a process rather than a destination. That's all I want to say because there's no point in giving weight-loss tips as every second person has a fitness ideology and attitude. I am not qualified,” she said.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
