Fico and her personal trainer, Raffaele Grimaldi, share a lot of her workouts on both of their Instagram accounts. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. In this video she posted, Fico is seen doing bicep pull-downs with a weight. Harvard Health reports that weight training has a lot of benefits. “U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting.”
2. She Does Squats

Fico doesn’t skip leg day. She likes to do a lot of lower body exercises to stay in shape. In this video of Fico that Grimaldi posted on his Instagram, the model is seen doing different lower body workouts. Fico is seen doing squats with a weight and her legs on two benches, one-leg toe touches with a kettlebell, one leg squat lunges with a weight, clamshells, and donkey kicks with an ankle machine.
3. She Works Her Arms
Fico makes sure to work her entire body. And that includes her arms. As you can see from one of the previous Instagram videos, Fico does a lot of upper-body workouts. In this Instagram video that Grimaldi posted, Fico is seen throwing a weighted ball and using battle ropes. Fico has an amazing set of abs. And she makes sure to do core workouts to maintain them. Grimaldi shared this video on Instagram of the two of them doing sit-ups while holding a medicine ball.
