One look at Leviss' Instagram, and you'll always see her getting outside. Whether she's enjoying time on a boat, walking her dog in The Grove or a park, Leviss enjoys the California weather. Getting outside helps our bodies exercise and get Vitamin D. In a post on WebMD reviewed by Carmelita Swiner, MD, the post stated that getting outside is "Important for your bones, blood cells, and immune system. It also helps your body absorb more of certain minerals, like calcium and phosphorus. Your body needs sunlight to make it, but you don't need much. In the summer, just getting sun for 5 to 15 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week, should do it. In the winter, you might need a bit more."

Appearing on TV, especially a reality series, can be difficult for people. You have to relive some not-so-flattering and embarrassing moments, you're subject to criticism, and this can take a toll on your mental health. But Leviss told BravoTV.com that she lives life with no regrets. "I don't regret anything because I am true to who I am," she said. "Well, watching myself, I feel like I don't give myself enough credit when I'm filming. Because I see the scenes afterward and I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, I could have brought this up or I could have, you know, defended myself more at this point.' But I think I was, I just overthink it in my head. I feel like I need to stop doing that and just kind of go with my instincts more."
