Emmerdale star Rebecca Sarker is taking a break from her busy filming schedule to enjoy some much-needed spa time. The actress posted pictures of herself wearing a one-piece swimsuit as she lounged in the sauna with the caption “Spa?...be rude not to.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sarker stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Is a Plank Queen

Sarker doesn’t shy away from planks when it comes to her workout routine. “Plank exercises generally strengthen your ability to brace your abdominals,” says exercise physiologist Katie Lawton, MEd. “Planks can also activate other related muscles, such as your glutes (muscles in your buttocks), hamstrings (muscles in the backs of your thighs) and lower back.”

2. She Loves Weight Training

Sarker has an impressively muscular physique, thanks in part to her weight-training regimen. “When you do resistance or strength training, very important chains of molecules that relay signals between cells are affected, and these changes linger in the body for hours after exercise, building up a cumulative, positive effect,” says Roger A. Fielding, PhD, associate director, Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging, Tufts University Even a low-intensity strength and walking program has substantial benefits.”

3. Canoeing With the Family

National Television Awards 2020 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Sarker enjoys getting out in the fresh air and canoeing with the family. Canoeing, or kayaking, is a great way to get fit while also having fun. “For people who just run and cycle, they tend to not have a lot of muscle mass in the upper body,” says François Billaut, an exercise physiology professor at Laval University in Quebec and the former head physiologist for the Canadian national kayaking team. “Kayaking offers a balance.”

4. Biking For Fitness

Sarker likes to ride her bike as much as possible, an exercise that has many health benefits, especially for lower-body fitness. “One of the major benefits of cycling is that it’s low-impact,” says Jaclyn Kubiak, PT, DPT. “Your hamstrings are being activated at about 17%, your quadriceps at 17% and the glutes are at 15 to 17%.”

5. She Loves To Dance

Sarker loves to relax through dance. Dancing has both mental and physical health benefits, experts say. "Pain, stress, and anxiety often go hand in hand with depression,” says Dr. Hanna Poikonen, a post-doctoral researcher at the Professorship for Learning Sciences and Higher Education at ETH Zurich. “Dance, music, and related expressive forms of therapy could help lessen mental fluctuations even before the onset of full depression."

1. She Stands Up For Herself

David Yurman Paris Flagship Grand OpeningKristy Sparow/Getty Images

Beckinsale isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. When she felt that her comments in an interview were misconstrued, she hit back. Beckinsale explained herself in this Instagram post. “I was asked multiple times in a recent interview if knew my IQ. I didn’t answer the question the first few times, but I did tell the truth that my mum had had me tested when I was young, and that it was high. I didn’t remember the number, and after being pressed several times to call my mother and ask her, I did. Here’s the dilemma: Tell the truth? Refuse to answer the question? Lie? Pretend it was lower? I told the truth and some journalists have been triggered by this. Are we really jumping on women for answering a question truthfully about their intelligence or education? Are we really still requiring women to dumb themselves down in order not to offend?”

2. She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

National Film Awards 2022 - Winners RoomJoe Maher/Getty Images

Beckinsale has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to People. Beckinsale says that protecting her skin from the sun is one of her main tips. "I think obviously some of it is a genetic thing, although you can mess that up. I didn't see sun for the first several decades of my life, and that's probably been a big help. A great deal of it was geography [growing up in England], but the otwas on the very rare occasions when we would go on a family vacation somewhere hot, I was paranoid that I would get freckles in a mustache formation on my face. So I was wearing Factor 70 [SPF]. I just didn't want a mustache, that's really why I used sunscreen."

3. She Makes Time For Herself

2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsArturo Holmes/FilmMagic

Beckinsale has a busy schedule, but she always makes time to relax. "I literally cannot transition from day to night unless I have submerged myself in water," she says to People. "Which is really annoying because I could get a hotel room and it'll have cockroaches and go, 'Okay, fine,' But if [the room] doesn't have a bathtub, I'll be like, 'Sorry, can I move?' I really need to have that every day, no matter what. Even when it's Oscar night and you're getting home at seven in the morning once you've been to 15 parties. I still have to go through the whole bath thing."

4. She Pushes Herself To Workout

Beckinsale opened up about her fitness secrets to Shape Magazine. She admits that she doesn’t always want to workout. However, she pushes herself to get through it. "I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, bitch about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 percent better when I leave," she says. "Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."

5. She Works With A Trainer

kate-beckinsale-beachKate Beckinsale / Instagram

Beckinsale works out with personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to help her stay in shape. She talked about their sessions to Shape Magazine. "I work out hard with Gunnar five or six times a week," she says. "We have loads in common, like our kids. During our sessions we have long talks about teenagers, and then suddenly one day I find that my ass is in a lot better shape than I thought it was!"

1. She Drinks Spirits in the AM

Sutton does not restrict herself when it comes to drinking. “I have a drinking regimen that I do," she told Behind the Velvet Rope. "At around 10 [a.m.], I think that's OK for your first cocktail of the day. And then ... I try to ... it's just consistency through the day. Then I'm nicer." She added: "You know what they say: When you monitor what time you're allowed to drink, that means you have a drinking problem. Why can't you have a drink at 10? What makes 5 o'clock so special? Give 10 a.m. the love, too! ... Just have it. Don't deny yourself right now, no." Just remember: "Drinking alcohol in moderation generally is not a cause for concern. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, drinking is considered to be in the moderate or low-risk range for women at no more than three drinks in any one day and no more than seven drinks per week. For men, it is no more than four drinks a day and no more than 14 drinks per week," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Gets Botox

Sutton told Page Six Style castmate Kyle Richards “dragged” her to get Botox for the first time a few years ago. “I had never gotten Botox before. I was 47 and I had never done it!” she said. “Kyle dragged me to go get Botox with Nurse Jamie.”

3. She Uses a Beauty Roller

While visiting the celebrity dermatologist with Richards, she discovered a beauty tool that she uses regularly. “And that’s actually how I ended up getting my roller,” she said about the Nurse Jamie Instant UpLift Massaging Beauty Roller she uses to quell anxiety. The device has a rotating head covered with 24 tourmaline stones to help improve skin tone and texture.

4. She Believes True Beauty Comes From Within

She tries not to obsess over aging and instead, inner beauty. “We can get so fixated on that. I mean, we all want to look good and we all want to stay young,” Sutton told Page Six Style. “But really, I think our youthfulness comes from our heart.” She tries to teach her daughter these types of lessons. “I have a daughter and so I want to make sure that she learns from me. The biggest lesson is that looks are secondary. Who you are as a person is first and how you live your life, being a leader and leading by example is what’s most important,” she continued. “Because you can look amazing, but it doesn’t matter if you’re a terrible person.”

5. She Golfs

While Sutton doesn’t discuss her exercise routine, she does like a certain outdoor sport: Golf. “Finally! A day off. Golf lesson Oceanside. Happy #humpday,” she captioned this photo from an oceanfront course.

For everyone in the comments asking where he is, here he is. And for those who asked what's wrong with him, what kind of question is this? 🤣 We’re talking body positivity, body acceptance, feeling good in your own body, being allowed to be yourself, more Instagram reality, and more. At the same time, my body will be in hundreds of comments (also from women, female empowerment? ) evaluated, unjustly criticized and unfortunately also insulted. ‘Something wrong with your ass!’, I'd rather look at myself in the mirror, that wouldn't be nice - how can something be right about an ass or not? Who defines this? Can I read this up somewhere?”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
