1. She Changed Her Lifestyle To Feel Better
Wilson lost a lot of weight, as a result of making 2020 her “Year of Health.” She tried a lot of new fitness and wellness techniques and documented them on social media. Wilson told People that she decided to make these changes to feel better and healthier, not for the purpose of losing weight. “You never want it to be about the number, because it really isn't about that,” she says. “It's about: I was doing some unhealthy things to my body and I just wanted to change it and become a healthier person.”
2. She’s Loving Herself More

Wilson tells People that one of the changes she made to her lifestyle was making sure to love herself more. She says that this helped her eat healthier and avoid overeating. “I think I was emotional eating, and overeating at times, because I wasn't loving myself enough. And it does come down to that self-worth and self-love.”

While Wilson is eating healthier, she does admit to People that she isn’t cutting all her favorite indulgences out. Wilson says that she aims to eat a balanced diet, saying, “I feel like I deserve that because I've worked my ass off in the gym. So, I'm just trying to go for an overall healthy balance.”
4. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Her Weight
Wilson tells People that she doesn't obsess over her weight anymore, and that she is avoiding using the scale too much, and encourages others to do the same. “I would say to everyone out there don't be obsessed about how much you actually weigh,” she says. “It's more about all the healthy practices, and then the changes to your whole lifestyle.”
5. She Walks A Lot
Wilson did an episode of Time To Walk for Apple Fitness, where she revealed that one of her go-to exercises is walking. She says that she started walking more after getting advice from a doctor. “An Austrian doctor said ‘Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is by just simply walking, it doesn’t have to be high intensity or uphill…just simply an hour a day.’”
