What are we doing today?' Often, it's Body by Simone. It incorporates dance, strength training, and stretching, and it's all in an hour, which is perfectly doable for me. I do that a couple times a week. I also run, I Spin, I do yoga."
Model Miranda Kerr wore a short black patterned dress with a white blazer draped over her shoulders. While Kerr is no longer modeling for Victoria's Secret, she does still try to eat healthy and maintain her model body. Crawford told The Cut, "Sometimes the cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running. We have stairs going down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I run the stairs at my house for 20 minutes. I just finished the Amy Schumer one, which was fantastic."

The Bridgerton star opted for a light grey, short, ruffled dress, that perfectly complimented her skin and hair.
