1. She Loves Yoga

Bargh talked about several of her favorite forms of exercise to ELLE. She says that she loves doing different types of yoga and taking yoga classes. “I love heated yoga. A good vinyasa class will make me feel limber and energised.”
2. She Lifts Weights

Bargh likes to do weight and strength training as a way of staying in shape. She tells ELLE that she is starting to incorporate this into her fitness regime. “I'm lifting weights a lot which is something I've never really done,” she says. “I'm already seeing results. it's made me realise I've been training wrong all along!”
3. She Does A Training Program

Bargh tells ELLE that she is doing training sessions at her gym to keep herself in shape. “At the moment, I'm doing this incredible training program at UP fitness Los Angeles. It consists of only three one-on-one training sessions a week that are specifically customised to me. Honestly, it's the most challenging thing I've ever done.”
4. She Meditates

A big part of Bargh’s wellness routine is meditation. She tells ELLE that she has started to incorporate it into her life, and she’s seeing results. “I've been practicing TM meditation for almost two years now and it's been a total game changer. I also make sure to get to the beach as often as I can as it always grounds me and makes me feel like I'm closer to home.”
5. She Makes Smoothies and Juices
Bargh makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed some of her favorite foods to Women’s Health. One thing Bargh likes to do is make a juice or a smoothie. I usually start my day with a yummy smoothie or special tonic that I make,” she says. “I like to use all types of things like ashwaganda, reishi, cordyceps, vital proteins collagen powder etc.”
