1. She Tires to Eat Healthy Snacks

“Trying to make my snacks healthier and yummier!” Rhea once said of an Açaí bowl she had. “Açaí berries are widely touted as a so-called superfood, with proponents claiming that they are helpful for a variety of health concerns, including arthritis, weight loss, high cholesterol, erectile dysfunction, skin appearance, detoxification and general health. However, research on açaí berries is limited, and the claims about their health benefits haven't been proved,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Tried Keto

“The keto diet is essentially a high-fat diet — your meals are 70 or 80% fat; about 20% protein; and about 5% carbohydrate. It is not an Atkins high-protein diet,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “The keto diet switches you from burning glucose (which carbs provide) to burning ketones (which fat produces) for energy. When you do this, interesting things happen:

Dogs have to be walked and exercised, which means dog owners are out there getting more physical activity than people without dogs. Older people are more likely to take regular walks with a dog than they are with a human, according to one study. Another found that 60% of dog owners who took their dogs for regular walks were considered to get regular moderate or vigorous exercise based on federal standards,” says the Animal Health Foundation.

5. She Takes Pride in Her Table
