She Posts Imperfect Photos On Social Media

Sugden has a large following on social media. She says that she doesn't want to contribute to the unrealistic expectations women are supposed to look like. Sugden tells Women Fitness that she posts photos of herself not always looking "perfect" on occasion. "Social media puts a lot of pressure on women these days, keeping it real is the way forward. I am more than happy to post pics of me with a little pot belly after a heavy weekend. I think it is refreshing for people to show un airbrushed/retouched images – they aren't real life and aren't something that should be aspired to."

She Rides Scooters

Sugden loves to go outside. One way she likes to get around is by riding scooters. She posted this fun video of herself doing that on Instagram. Sugden captioned the video, "Scooter, are you ready?" "20% of the oxygen you breathe in is used by your brain to function. Increasing the amount of fresh air you have can provide greater clarity to the brain, promoting optimal function whilst helping you to think, focus and concentrate better," says Physio Falmouth Plus. "Seratonin release is affected by the amount of oxygen you have in your blood. Seratonin promotes a sense of happiness and well-being so the more fresh air you have will help to significantly boost your mood. This is often why you feel better, more relaxed and much more refreshed after being outside!"
