I held myself like a person that lacked confidence too.. Skulking around, saying nothing, and minding my own business. My boyfriend at the time thought it would be a nice idea to help boost my confidence and paid for me to have a set of professional pics taken. Make up done, hair done. The works. From that I just tried my luck one day and emailed Samantha Bond – which, at the time, was one of the country’s leading ‘glamour’ agencies, and miraculously I got signed up. From then on, my confidence skyrocketed, and I finally found happiness in myself, which I didn’t have before.”

Sugden opened up about her wellness secrets in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she believes in eating a balanced diet. “Nutrition is my downfall. Crisps are my weakness. I don’t think it is sustainable for me to cut out snacks and treats. I wouldn’t stop myself from having what I want, I just try and have it in moderation. If I feel the urge to have something unhealthy, I will just make up for it the day after by eating healthy.

3. She’s Real On Social Media

Sugden is all about being authentic, especially on social media. She tells Women Fitness that she doesn’t like to post a lot of retouched or edited photos on her pages. “Social media puts a lot of pressure on women these days, keeping it real is the way forward,” she says. “I am more than happy to post pics of me with a little pot belly after a heavy weekend. I think it is refreshing for people to show un airbrushed/retouched images – they aren’t real life and aren’t something that should be aspired too.”

I've started going once a week and I love it! She says that the pandemic made her want to go after new opportunities, like auditioning for Nova Jones. “I think with everything that happened, it made me realise that if I enjoy something I should just go ahead and do it,” she says. “I love music and I love making music and being an artist, but acting and drama have also been something that I really enjoyed, so when the opportunity came up to do some self tape auditions and auditions over Zoom, I jumped at the opportunity.”

Rainford opened up about how her mindset has changed in her Wonderland Magazine interview. She talked about her reasons for doing so in an interview with Metro. “I was finding alcohol really set off my anxiety,” Bardsley explained. “So, I’ve had to knock that on the head. I don’t think I could do the home schooling with a hangover. I was never a drinker every day, I was once a week, but I would drink to oblivion. Once that bottle’s popped, you can’t stop!

To have this platform to also be the face of Armani Beauty, it’s like a duty, it’s a responsibility for me to represent so many women out there.”

Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering.
