She Eats a Protein-Packed Breakfast
Rihanna eats a high protein breakfast, according to her personal chef, Debbie Solomon who told The Doctors four boiled eggs, a piece of toast (with no crusts) and a bowl of mixed fruit is one of her favorite meals to start the day.
She Loves Her Curves
Rihanna loves being "thicc," and is accepting of the sacrifices necessary for a bootylicious body. "You want to have a butt, then you have a gut," she told British Vogue in 2018. "I'm about to get back into the gym and stuff, and I hope I don't lose my butt or my hips or all of my thighs. I'll lose some but not all. And I think of my boobs, like, 'Imma lose everything, everything goes!'"
She Trains Hard
Rihanna works out regularly and has trained with Ary Nuñez and Harley Pasternak. Per Pasternak RiRi follows his 5 factor plan. "It's a workout made up of five phases, which starts off with a cardio warm-up for at least five minutes," he told Fashion. "Rihanna loves to ride on a stationary bike, whereas some people will jog, walk, run stairs. Phase two is an upper-body resistance exercise, such as a back row or a shoulder raise. Phase 3 is a lower body exercise, like a skater lunge or a hamstring curl. Phase 4 is an abdominal movement like a side bend or a trunk twist. Phase 5 is a cardio cool-down for at least five minutes. So she'll do a continuous circuit, and each day of the week we do different body parts."
She Is a "Moody" Eater
Solomon explains that Rihanna is a "moody" eater. "[With previous clients] I would send in a menu on a Sunday or Monday and they would pick for the week, and then I'd be able to shop and prep, but this is nothing like that. We don't know what we're gonna want to eat tomorrow, so why even pick today?" she told Bon Appetit.
Rihanna drinks a lot of water, revealing to Harper's Bazaar that she chugs at least eight glasses of water a day. "Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly. For example, water:
- Gets rid of wastes through urination, perspiration and bowel movements
- Keeps your temperature normal
- Lubricates and cushions joints
- Protects sensitive tissues," says the Mayo Clinic.
