1. Same Breakfast Every Morning

Ora says she has the same breakfast every morning “without fail”—egg whites with salmon or boiled eggs with salmon. “Oily fish plays an important role in dampening the effects of inflammation, which is key to helping manage a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes and cancer,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Studies suggest that eating more oily fish like salmon could help lower levels of the markers that indicate inflammation.”
2. Pilates and Yoga

Ora loves mixing up her workouts. "I do toning exercises, pilates, yoga or a hike,” she says. “If I run, I only run for about 10-15 minutes, if that. I'm really focused on being healthy rather than anything else."
3. Balanced Diet

Ora follows a balanced diet, with plenty of protein. "I travel a lot so it's hard to have a regime," she says. "I have smoothies in the morning. I also have eggs – I'm a pro at breakfast. For lunch I'll have some salmon and chicken and for dinner I love truffle! I'll have broccoli pasta, truffle pasta or pizza."
4. Cauliflower Rice

Ora enjoys low-carb options like cauliflower rice. “I’m not the best cook, but I definitely have my go-to meals,” she says. “Right now I’m doing like chicken and cauliflower rice—cauliflower rice is my new discovery by the way because it’s like rice but with no carbs. That’s major.”
5. Portion Control
Ora is sensible about her diet, preferring portion control so she can still indulge in her favorites. "I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half," she says. "So if I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I'll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won't have a burger to go with them."
