1. Fashion For Her is Self-Care
"Fashion allows me to express myself artistically and hopefully put a foot in the right direction in the rest of my day," says Ora to the Zoe Report. "For me, every day I wake up feeling like, 'OK, what do I want to conquer today?' and that helps me get dressed. I always wear a tight pair of pants to make myself feel really … feminine."
2. She Takes Vitamin C

Ora told The Strategist that she takes Altrient C Liposomal Vitamin C. "They don’t taste too good, but I take these every day. It’s a vitamin C supplement that I’m super-strict with, because vitamins really help keep me together. Especially with everything going on right now, I just really want to take things to protect my immune system."
3. She Eats Like This

“In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk," Ora has said. "For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato."
4. She Sometimes Halves Her Portions

She once told Cosmo: "I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half. So if I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I'll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won't have a burger to go with them."
5. She Does Circuit Training

"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio," she told Shape.
6. She Uses This Shampoo

She uses Aesop shampoo. "My hair gets damaged from all the styling done to it, so I try my hardest to protect it. I don’t really like using anything for the hair with any sort of chemical ingredients, because they’re really not good for it. After I fell in love with Aesop’s body wash and hand wash, I was like, 'Well, they must have good shampoo.' It makes my hair smell nice and feel silky. I have naturally curly hair, so I need something that really feeds it. This is a good product for that," she told The Strategist.
7. She Loves Hot Sauce

"I love hot sauce," she told The Strategist, mentioning Econa by name. "To be honest, I can’t eat anything without it, so I’ve tasted a lot of hot sauces and this one has never failed me. It’s not crazy thick and it just goes with everything. You don’t want a sauce that overtakes the taste of food and this one doesn’t do that."
