This is Her Wellness Routine

"I won't lie: I'm a fan of the snooze button, so I like to do a little extra sleeping whenever I can. After I wake up, I do some light stretching just to get myself going and then I like to do affirmations. I think it's really important to start the day off with positive energy. I usually do all that before my morning skincare, and then it's off to breakfast! I would say the most important part of my wellness routine is not going straight to my phone in the morning. I like to take my time and really get myself centered before I go into work mode. After breakfast, I shower and then head to the gym for cardio and weights," she tells W.

"I have combination skin, and unfortunately am prone to breaking out if I do a lot of appearances in a row or if I'm on tour. It's super important for me to use products that are soothing. La Mer has an incredible skincare line that really helps keep my skin looking fresh. I'm also a big fan of using a light therapy face mask, which helps to kill bacteria and calms inflammation," she tells W.

Fashion is Self Care

"To indulge and treat myself, I've definitely been doing a lot of online shopping. [I've] discovered things I wouldn't usually buy, but actually work really well, like overall jumpers. I wear them over my button-up shirts, which I never really used to do before, but I'm obsessed with at the moment. I've also been indulging myself with a lot of skin care and a lot of self-love in the mirror," she told the Zoe Report.

This is Her Favorite Workout

"There's an incredible woman that's from the U.K. — Body By Ciara — and she does live classes. She does about three to four styles of workouts a day. Her body is unbelievable. She's really kept me going throughout this climate and I do that every day with just a few weights and some resistance bands," she tells the Zoe Report.

She Does Circuit Training

"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have," she previously told Shape. "I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio."

She Feels Content After Working Out

"What I've learned is that you can take your time with training," Rita told Shape. "You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment."

She Does Yoga

Try it. "Establishing a home yoga practice is a great way to keep your body and mind at ease. Yes, it can sometimes test your patience, and you might not be able to touch the floor during that first — or 15th session. But the beauty of it is if you keep at it, you'll eventually loosen the tight grip that stress has on your body," says the Cleveland Clinic.
