1. When She Indulges, She Only Eats Half The Food On Her Plate
Ora tells Cosmopolitan that she isn’t afraid to indulge in her favorite junk foods. However, she says that she watches how much she eats of said indulgences, and most often will cut them in half. “If I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I'll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won't have a burger to go with them."
2. She Does Sharp Bursts Of Cardio

Ora tells Cosmopolitan that she isn’t afraid of cardio exercises, like running. However, she prefers doing quick bursts of cardio. “If I run, I only run for about 10-15 minutes, if that. I'm really focused on being healthy rather than anything else."
3. She Loves Toning Exercises
Ora has a really toned figure, and she works really hard for it. Ora tells Cosmopolitan that a lot of her workouts focus on toning her muscles. "I do toning exercises, pilates, yoga or a hike.” Ora recommends doing these exercises with quick cardio workouts.
4. She Doesn’t Focus On Losing Weight

Ora says that she doesn’t pay attention to the scale, and that her workouts aren’t centered on losing weight. "I'm not the skinniest person in the world but I don't try to be," says Ora to Cosmopolitan. "I'm more focused on toning rather than trying to be skinny, which I feel everyone should try, because that comes more naturally."
5. She Doesn’t Forget About Her Lower Body

Ora tells Stylecaster.com that she doesn’t skip leg day. In fact, she says that she puts a lot of focus on working out her lower body. “I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting.” It’s clear Ora is seeing results from these workouts, as her legs are pretty incredible.
6. She Eats Healthy

Ora opened up about what her typical diet looks like to Stylecaster.com. She says that she tries to eat healthy, and that her diet isn’t super restrictive. “In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato.”
