Carmen Electra posted a video of herself dancing to “Coming in Hot.” “I don’t go to the gym every day,” she once told the Cut. “Usually when I’m on break, I’ve already danced a lot so I’m okay for a while. Sometimes I work out at my house. I’ll do some lunges, something simple like that. Otherwise I’ll go to the gym. I’ve only had one trainer in my life, and I realized that because of my dance background, I already have discipline and I don’t need to be pushed. I think I’ve saved a lot of money too. As a dancer, I’ve never put strict rules on my workout habits and sometimes I just want to go to the gym and do something light.”

5. Rita Ora Went Seaside

“Happy weekend. I’ll be seaside,” Rita Ora captioned an Instagram post. "For me, every day I wake up feeling like, 'OK, what do I want to conquer today?' and that helps me get dressed," Ora said to TZR. "I think McDonald's just saw that I genuinely love the meal. I'm always remixing their meals on my live. I only really go live when I eat. So, the fact that I'm here right now with these beautiful packages and cartons of Saweetie Meal behind me is like a dream come true. So, just a match made in heaven."

Dua Lipa in a swimsuit is wishing her mom a happy birthday! “Happy 50th Birthday to my gorgeous Mama. My queen @anesalipa 🦋,” she captioned an Instagram batch of photos of the two of them. Dua, the child of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa (née Rexha) and Dukagjin Lipa, is close to both of her parents, and they remain her North Star. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Dua Lipa stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does What She Does For Her Parents

Dua-LipaDua Lipa/Instagram

Dua’s father is a musician. “He's good. I mean, he is my dad. I'm gonna say he's good,” she told CNN. “I guess I'm biased there. Both my parents are really the reason why I do what I do. Them always being so open and playing music around the house. And whenever they saw that I had a passion to do anything artistic, they were always the ones that pushed me.”

2. She Just Wants to Have Fun

Every time she works on a new album, she says “ I'm slowing down a bit. I'm not really because I haven't stopped at all, performing at the Brits to kind of doing a world tour and all the videos that I've done and the places I've traveled. My favorite thing about my job is kind of going back to places and seeing the crowds grow and getting to do something different. And that for me is what really means the most. The music that I love making is pop music, but I want the concepts to maybe be a bit more unconventional. There are so many things that I've been writing about. I just wanna have a lot of fun with it.”

3. This is What She Does Early in the Morning

The Fashion Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

“Time for a walk with my dog, Dexter. I got really lucky that he and I have the same sleep schedule. If I need to catch a couple extra hours of sleep he’s right there with me, but on days when I’m up bright and early, he’s ready for his morning walk. Our walks are the perfect way to get my mind right for the day ahead. I usually grab a bottle of Evian — gotta stay hydrated — and his leash and we head out for a stroll around the neighborhood. While walking, I make a mental list of my intentions for the day,” she told Refinery29.

4. She Values Self Care

“If you're unsure of what self-care activity is right for you, Kristin Lothman, a mind-body counselor with Mayo Clinic's Department of Integrative Medicine and Health says there are many to try,” says the Mayo Clinic. "Basic practices could include things like journaling; meditation; prayer; and mindful movement, such as yoga or tai chi ― really any intentional action or behavior that gives us energy and enhances our sense of well-being."

5. She Feels for Immigrants

Lipa’s parents emigrated to the UK. “Nobody leaves their country by choice most of the time. And I think it's really upsetting, especially with the refugee situation, because I know how lucky I am to have been, to have lived in the UK and to have been given all these opportunities and to have had the opportunity to come back and live in London and pursue my dream,” she told CNN when rhetoric against immigrants seemed like it was at an all time high. “And to think that young kids don't actually have, or may not have that opportunity in the future is really upsetting.”

So I always write affirmations. I stick them on little Post-Its around my room.”

Ora revealed to The Zoe Report that she loves to take live workout classes at home, and cites one trainer in particular that she’s a fan of. “There’s an incredible woman that’s from the U.K. — Body By Ciara — and she does live classes. She does about three to four styles of workouts a day. Her body is unbelievable. She’s really kept me going throughout this climate and I do that every day with just a few weights and some resistance bands.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Ora has incredible skin, and she makes sure she takes care of it. She broke down her skincare routine and practices to W Magazine, saying, “I have combination skin, and unfortunately am prone to breaking out if I do a lot of appearances in a row or if I’m on tour. It’s super important for me to use products that are soothing. La Mer has an incredible skincare line that really helps keep my skin looking fresh. Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
