Humes makes sure to take care of her hair. She shared some of her secrets to Grazia. Humes says that she keeps her haircare routine simple. “I try not to over complicate it,” she says. “I use a product called Twisted Sista 30 Second Curl Spray, £5.89, that helps to define my curls. You mist it onto super wet hair and scrunch it in. After that, I'll use a curl cream, which I'm constantly switching up, or a leave-in conditioner - both are a great way to keep my curls healthy.”

2. She Stays Moisturized

Humes shared some of her favorite skincare products and tips to WhoWhatWear. She says that staying moisturized is important to her. “I’d put some moisturiser on. I use the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base (£45), and I just think it’s the best moisturiser for my skin. I use the eye cream as well. It’s the best thing to go on underneath makeup because I can’t bear it when moisturiser starts rolling off when you put stuff on top. This one just sits on the skin really well, and it can hold makeup, which is important.”

3. She Loves Retinol

One of Humes’ favorite skincare products is retinol. She tells WhoWhatWear, “The other bit of advice is that I always put my eye cream on before anything else. I'll use retinol maybe once a week, but because the eye area is so delicate, it means you have a kind of barrier to protect that area before using any actives. I'm really into using different ingredients. You just have to be careful with those harsher things [like retinol], but they work so well. They're nothing to be scared of. You hear hyaluronic acid and think, Acid on my face? But it’s so good for hydration. I adore skincare.”

4. She Loves Pilates

In her WhoWhatWear interview, Humes opened up about her fitness routine, and her favorite exercises. “Pilates is my favourite form of exercise, and I really needed that in lockdown,” she says. “I do feel good after it. As much as I might dread getting up to do it in the morning, I’ve never ever regretted doing an exercise in my life. You just have to think of afterward.”

5. She Embraces Herself

In her WhoWhatWear interview, Humes was asked about what advice she would give others. “You are you for a reason,” she answered. “Embrace your beauty because you are beautiful, and don’t worry about social media because none of it’s real. You know, someone has taken a million selfies to get to the right one. They’ve chosen a good angle, the one they look the best in. We all do it. So just don’t compare yourself to that. You live once, so just enjoy it.

Humes broke down her health and wellness secrets in an interview with Women’s Fitness. She revealed that she enjoys being healthy. “The reality is, I need to stay fit and healthy for my kids, but I also feel genuinely better when I’m active. When I’m busy with work and I can’t work out in the way that I normally would, I notice a big difference in how I mentally and physically feel. Sometimes, doing exercise can feel like a hassle, but I really miss it when I can’t do it.”

2. She Believes In Moderation

Humes tells Women’s Fitness that she believes in moderation and balance when it comes to her diet. “It's definitely ‘everything in moderation.’ Life’s too short not to try a bit of everything! Balance is the key to a happy life, but it can be a really hard thing to strive for because we can’t control everything life throws at us.”

3. She Eats Healthy During The Week

Humes tells Women’s Fitness that she eats pretty healthy a majority of the time. She says that she does this during the week, and indulges on the weekends. “When it comes to food, I think it’s easier than you think because you’re in charge of what you put in your body. I try to make smart choices and have a healthy, balanced diet from Monday to Friday.”

4. She Loves Pilates

Humes told GetTheGloss that she loves Pilates. She says that she loves to go to classes, and once convinced her husband to come along. "Pilates is my favourite way to exercise - I love the ability to zone out and work on my strength. I try to fit this in as much as I can, I even managed to drag Marvin with me once, although he’s not been back since he realised how challenging it is!"

5. She Doesn’t Keep Her Phone By Her Bed

Humes told GetTheGloss that she has begun new nighttime habits, which have helped her sleep better. She says that she doesn’t keep her phone near her bed, so she is no longer tempted to use it. "The best advice I’ve received recently has been to leave my phone outside of my bedroom at night. Instead, I only keep a notepad and pen on my bedside table – which comes into action if I have a thought I want to remember. It’s really helped me change my routine – not checking my phone first thing in the morning and before I go to bed has improved my sleep."

1. She Doesn’t Put Too Much Pressure On Her Back, When Working Out

Scoliosis,Spine,Curve,Anatomy,,Posture,Correction.,Chiropractic,Treatment,,Back,PainShutterstock

Roser opened up about her fitness routine to Women’s Health. She says that she has to be careful about what workouts she does, since she has scoliosis. Roser says that she does workouts that are easy on her back. “When I was 14 I was diagnosed with scoliosis, which is a spinal disorder, so that’s why I’ve always struggled with posture, back and muscle pain. My workouts are very specific and arranged around treatment of that. If I have a week or two off, I have to gradually build my body back up to the level that I’m able to work out at, because otherwise it can cause me a fair bit of grief … muscular pain. Ab stuff is really good for me. I do a lot of cardio because that’s low-weight-bearing on my back. Heavy weightlifting is something I have to build up to, and I have to be in a strict routine to be able to achieve the kind of goals I’d like to with that. So all my weight is either bodyweight or lightweight with high reps. Anything that’s too heavy in the front puts pressure on the back. Barre work really hurts my back, too. But I enjoy yoga and I’m a huge fan of pilates.”

2. She Works Out For Herself

David Jones SS22 Wonderworld Season LaunchJames Gourley/Getty Images

Roser tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t let other people’s opinions of her run her life. Especially when it comes to her fitness. “When I first started training, I put on muscle really easily, and I had a lot of feedback from agents – this was years ago – saying, ‘You’re looking a bit strong for the fashion world.’ I started to change my training, but I was changing it for them. Now that I’m a bit older and I’ve really learnt about how my body works and when I feel the best, I’ve learnt to train just for myself. That’s my philosophy.”

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Celebrities Attend Venture Beyond by Penfolds EventDon Arnold/WireImage

Being a model, Roser has had to deal with a lot of comments about her body. She admits to Women’s Health that it has gotten to her in the past. However, Roser says that she is a lot more comfortable now. “My body confidence is good now, but there have always been doubts,” she says. “If you don’t get a job, you think, ‘Is it because my measurements are bigger than the girl who did?’ Little things play on your mind. But I learnt pretty quickly that it’s not necessarily me; it’s about what the client is looking for to represent their brand. Once I realised that perhaps I just didn’t fit the bikinis or clothes the way they wanted, I relaxed and started to take care of myself for me.”

4. She Swims

One thing Roser likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Roser posted these two photos and one video of herself wading and floating in the water. She captioned it, “I was made for the island life.” Roser also posted these beach photos, captioning the post, “No better feeling.”

5. She Loves Salad

Roser makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she likes to eat are salads. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a salad at a restaurant. Roser captioned it, “Hope everyone had a beautiful weekend.” Eating salads is a great way of incorporating more vegetables in your diet. They can also contain sources of protein, like nuts or meat, and fruit.

Rochelle.Humes.1Rochelle Humes/Instagram

Humes shared some of her diet secrets in an interview with Hello! She says that she loves to make and drink a juice each morning. “In the morning I'll have a juice to start off the day – that might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It's really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven't had it."

2. She Eats Healthy

Rochelle.Humes.2Rochelle Humes/Instagram

Humes shared her favorite healthy meals with Hello! “I'll have overnight oats or I make banana pancakes a lot, which is literally just one banana, one egg, a handful or oats, a bit of cinnamon and mix it together, then fry it in coconut oil. I have that with some natural yoghurt and some berries on top and honey. My kids love that actually. I'm not the biggest breakfast person – I'm more about lunch and dinner. I'll have maybe a salad for lunch, but it depends where I am. Then in the evening it might be pasta… last night I had salmon and noodles and veg, like a traybake. My evening is my meal where I treat myself."

3. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Rochelle.Humes.3Rochelle Humes/Instagram

Humes works with trainer, Peter Maciver, to help her stay in shape. He talked about the workouts he does with her in an interview with Hello! "No two workouts with me are ever the same," he said. 1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video.
