Davison writes on her website that she makes sure to eat healthy. She says that her diet is a big part of her beauty routines. "Whenever somebody asks me what my skincare or haircare routine is, I tell them that it's all about my diet," she writes. "Food must certainly be delicious, affordable and simple to prepare, but it should also work hard to nourish each and every cell in our body. I firmly believe that food must be used to help us reach our healthiest, strongest and most beautiful selves, and it should never harm us."

She Does Workouts She Enjoys

In this blog post, Davison gives tips on how to work out on a regular basis. She says that one of her biggest tips is doing workouts that you enjoy. "Many people start exercising without finding ways to enjoy the process," she explains. "This is never going to yield results. Working out shouldn't be a chore; in fact, if you don't enjoy exercising, you're probably not going to stick to it, so don't push yourself to do something you know you hate. If you find the gym insufferable, for instance, practice an outdoor activity instead such as running, cycling or scooter riding."

In the same blog post, Davison advises people to hold themselves accountable when it comes to working out. "A habit only becomes a lifestyle when we persevere, even through the days that might be tough. Often the hardest part of working out is taking that first step – getting out of bed and into your gym gear, or stepping on the yoga mat for instance – but have you ever exercised and regretted it afterwards?"

She Reads The Labels

When she is buying food, Davison makes sure to read the label. In this post on her website, she says that she is especially cautious when it comes to buying cereal. "Read the label carefully for nutrition facts and ingredients before you buy cereal. Remember that not all cereals have the same serving size. A serving of one cereal might be ½ a cup, while another might be one cup."
