In it, Sanchez posed in a black bathing suit, showing off her body. 1. She Does Activities With Her Kids
Sanchez loves to do activities with her two kids to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram from a trip her family took to Puerto Rico. In them, Sanchez and her kids are seen going paddleboarding, and enjoying time at the beach. She captioned the post, “It made me smile seeing everybody have fun under the stunning Puerto Rican sun.”
2. She Gets Advice From Her Friends

Sanchez revealed some of her wellness secrets to Hola USA. She says that she gets advice from her friends, including Jennifer Lopez. “If you want your face to look chiseled, no sodium two days before," she explained. "I learned that from our friend JLo.”
3. She’s Conscious Of Her Body

Sanchez tells Hola USA that she is extremely conscious of her body. She says that this is one of the reasons she stays fit. "I think [staying fit] is a conscious decision," she said. "Once you have kids, the body changes."

Sanchez tells Hola USA that one of her biggest motivations for staying active and healthy are her kids. “Now it’s not even about the physique. I became a mother late in life—I had Sebella at 38 and Dylan at 44—and I want to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible."

"People have a perception of you, of how you need to look, and it’s a lot of pressure. I’d rather be home and do nothing, but I can’t.”
