Sánchez opened up about her healthy habits in an interview with HOLA! Magazine. “I’ve never been a drinker or a smoker. I don’t know for sure if this is the reason why I look younger. Doctors claim that leading a healthy life consisting of good habits like eating healthy and getting enough rest is fundamental to good health. I’ve never gone to bed with my makeup on, but I’m not a big fan of beauty products and I’ve never had plastic surgery. I practice a bit of discipline and I’m good to myself.”

2. She Wants To Share Her Culture’s Stories

Sánchez tells The A.V. Club that she wants to give opportunities to other Hispanic and Latino actors and workers in the film and TV industry. “I have an immense passion to produce and to direct, especially Latino content. I take it as a responsibility. I’ve been so lucky that it’s time to pay it forward, [especially] if I can do it in Puerto Rico and employ Puerto Ricans. This country is so unique in terms of our history. It’s a Commonwealth with an ever-evolving relationship with the States. Puerto Ricans are very divided when it comes to our political status. And as a place to shoot, it’s paradise. We have a little bit of everything. We have rainforests! So in terms of production value and history, we have so much to offer. So with HSI: Puerto Rico, there’s so many cop procedural franchises that do so well, [so] how is it possible that there’s not one here? That was the whole idea behind it.”

Sánchez opened up to HOLA! Magazine about how she approaches her career. She says that she wants to be honest and true to herself. “I’ve never had terrible problems on a personal or professional level, and I’ve always made an effort to keep my career intact,” Sánchez explained. “I had a very normal upbringing, from good and humble people in Puerto Rico. My mother taught me to be of strong character, but never mischievous. I’ve always had a good head on my shoulders and made sure my career was nice and clean so it can serve as an inspiration to others. I dislike people who have successful careers based on gossip and scandals.”

Sánchez tells HOLA! Magazine that she’s extremely grateful for her career. “I can’t complain. That would be ungrateful of me. I thought that it would be easier than it actually was. I’ve lived through so much happiness but also lots of tears. But it’s like anything in life, if I were to retire tomorrow and write a book about my life, it would be 90% gratitude. Gratitude towards God, life, my angels…Because I’ve worked consistently for 25 years.”

Sánchez shared some of her favorite exercises to HOLA! Magazine. She says that she likes to practice ballet to keep herself in shape. “I exercise a lot. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections," says the CDC.

1. She Avoid Salty Foods Before Certain Shoots

Roselyn has said salted food “swells you” so she avoids it before certain shoots. “If you're like most people in the U.S., you're getting far more sodium than is recommended. And that could lead to serious health problems. Consider that 1 teaspoon of table salt, which is a combination of sodium and chloride, has 2,325 milligrams (mg) of sodium. That's slightly more than the daily limit of 2,300 mg recommended by health experts,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Eat more fresh foods. Most fresh fruits and vegetables are naturally low in sodium.”

2. She Lives Cleanly

“I changed my eating habits completely,” she told Eva Longoria in Hola. “I don't smoke. I don't drink and I've never done it.” As a woman nearing 50, “I'm still in this business. People have a perception, a view, of how you need to look. And it's a lot of pressure. I became a mother so late in life, you know, I had Sebella at 38, Dylan at 44. I want to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible.”

“I stay fit with exercise and take care of my health. This has always come naturally to me and it’s been part of my life without even thinking about it, but now I feel that it’s become a duty. Now it’s not about exercising because I like it, I tell myself, ‘Roselyn, you do this because when your boy turns 30 and gets married, you have to be there,’” she told Hola. “Are you hoping to lose weight? Boost your energy? Sleep better? Manage a chronic condition? Write down your goals. Seeing the benefits of regular exercise and writing your goals down on paper may help you stay motivated,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Uses Keratin in Her Hair

“My hair is naturally very curly,” she told Page Six, which asked how she kept her hair so straight and shiny during a New Year’s Eve Broadcast. “So this is all keratin and a good blow dry from my hair guy. I always say I have very talented hair: I can have it straight, I can have it curly, I can have it all.” She was broadcasting from Puerto Rico. “I’m so lucky and so blessed,” Sanchez said of her historic gig. “I love my island; people [here] have known me working on TV since I was 19 years old … they follow my career and they support it. In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. She Does Deadlifts
