Sailor tries to “work out every day,” she told InStyle. “A normal workout would start with cardio. I’m a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I’ll do yoga or something low-intensity,” she said. If she has a shoot coming up she will “work out like an athlete,” she said. “I add on weight training, I box, and really push my muscles,” focusing on her abs.

2. She Drinks A Lot of Water

Sailor is all about hydration. “You want to be hydrated because it shows up in the way your skin looks, in the way that your body looks, in the way that you're acting and feeling,” she told InStyle. “24 hours before a shoot, I'm drinking a crazy amount of water—I’m talking like three gallons.”

“I eat as clean as possible,” Sailor revealed to InStyle. “Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner.”

4. She Walks

Sailor thinks walking is “a really underrated thing people don’t do enough when they’re feeling stressed out. Especially in the city, I’ll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I’ll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we’re all in this together, we’re going through it, you’ve got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I’m feeling chaotic,” she told Glamour.

5. She Indulges in Self-Care

Sailor takes time for self-care. Her version involves candles. "I have this connection to candles because I always feel like they represent a moment of self-care for me," she told People. "I'm never really casually lighting a candle. I'll light a candle with the intention of getting cozy and feeling calm." She added: "I knew that hopefully they would bring anyone else that deals with a restless mind these moments of feeling grounded and feeling present and calm and setting your intentions. Each of these candles really brings a great, calm moment to my day."

"A lot of mornings lately I will take a bowl and I throw some oatmeal right into it," she dished to Shape about her diet. "I rarely have time to cook it so I just eat it raw. Then I'll pour some flax seed on top of that and maybe a little wheat germ, then I'll grab a couple of handfuls of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and rinse them off, toss them in and then I pour one of those Dannon things on top and stir it up. I always describe it…it's like a really moist juicy muffin. It is so good. I feel like it is giving you a lot of good things. You can also throw a handful of walnuts in there."

"I haven't touched a piece of meat since I read a graphic description of Chicago's slaughterhouses when I was 12," she told Harper's Bazaar. Instead, she tries to eat as plant-based as possible. Christie is a big fan of the rainbow diet. "For lunch, I go into greens and do a salad, then add a protein like a bean or nuts," she told The Cut. "For many, many, many years, I've always said go for as many colors as possible in a day," she said. "That's my main concept for making sure my kids get all the nutrients—making sure the deep greens, yellows and reds and purples, all of that."

"I start every day with warm water and lemons. It's something I picked up on my Instagram," Christie told The Cu about her go-to morning drinkt. "Some days I alter it, and I get fancy and I put a little bit of mānuka honey on the rim of the glass, turn it upside down, and dump it in red cayenne pepper. Then I put the lemon juice in and then the hot water. That's when I have a little time. I figure that the pepper gets my system all revved up, and the lemon water gets everything flowing through."

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. She Does Deadlifts
