She Works Out On Her Period

In an Instagram post, Agarwal revealed that she doesn't skip a workout. Even when she's on her period. She writes, "A lot of you girls ask me whether I work out on my period – I always do. Keeping myself active always helps me with my mood swings and bloating. Some workouts are even effective to improve pain and cramps!!! However, every body is different and you should not exert yourself if told so by your doctor and yes I am bloated – bloating is normal and no one should make you feel bad about your body and its functions."

She Works Out At Home

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Agarwal talks about her fitness routine. She says that she started doing at-home workouts, especially during the pandemic. "I could work out at home by just keeping a water bottle and other stuff, basic stuff and basically, the idea was, you don't need a gym. Where there is a will there is a way. If you really want to do something, you can do it even in the small space."

She Starts Small And Keeps Going

In her Pinkvilla interview, Agarwal talked about her wellness routine. She says that a big part of it is working hard and sticking with it. "One thing I would like to tell them is that there is no overnight change or success, it's a myth. It is a series of baby steps, and it is okay to start small, because at some point in your life you will get the results. Maybe you can start with just 5 push-ups between your calls or activities."

She Eats Healthy

Agarwal makes sure to eat healthy. "What goes in contributes the 80 per cent of what you look like," she says to Pinkvilla. "Diets can be done even during your busy hours and always try to maintain balance on what you take in and what you burn it out. Try to focus more on fruits and routine diet than high carb diet."
