Hayek is a fan of the popular diet secret of juicing. In fact, she loves juicing so much, she helped found a juice company called Cooler Cleanse. On the Cooler Cleanse website, Hayek revealed that she’s been juicing for 15 years, and that it’s really helped her. “When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort,” she says. “After doing a juice cleanse, I’m motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. Cleansing is like my meditation. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I’m putting into my body. I’m making a commitment to my health and hitting the reset button.”

2. She’s Driven To Workout

Hayek’s trainer, Sara Shears, tells Shape that the actress has a lot of drive and always works hard when it comes to fitness. She says, "Salma is super smart and has so much drive! She always puts all her effort into her workouts and that's the reason she gets results. I can't say enough good things about her."

3. She Varies Her Workouts

Hayek’s trainer, Sara Shears, says that she likes to do a lot of different workouts with the actress. "We did a lot of kickboxing, dance type workouts with strength training and ball work," Shears says to Shape. "We'd build up cardio and high-intensity interval training with exercises that really bring the heart rate up. Salma is super petite, so adding in the strength training really gave her some nice muscle definition and lines to accentuate the beautiful body she was born with."

4. She’s Got Good Posture

Hayek says one of her secrets to staying healthy is having good posture, and that she works with a specialist to help her learn the best ways to maintain it. “I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” Hayek says to People. “So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.” Hayek also says that her specialist taught her to work her muscles all day, without getting sore. “It’s restorative yoga,” she explains. “She taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.”

5. She Gets Regular Massages

When it comes to anti-aging secrets and wellness secrets, Hayek says she avoids things like botox. Instead, she prefers to get massages, and says that they have a lot of benefits for her body. "Massage oxygenates, activates the circulation, and keeps the muscles healthy and firm. I cannot tell you, even just for the lymphatic [system], what the massage does for the face," Hayek said to the Inquisitr.

Hayek tells The New York Times that there are some skincare routines that she avoids. “Exfoliating a lot may make you look good in the short term, but not I think in the long term,” she says. “I see many women in L.A. who have exfoliated so much they look shiny. I’ll use a mix of serums and oils depending on my skin that day.”

Salma Hayek needs nothing else for a perfect summer besides beer and a swimsuit. The 56-year-old actress is having a blast on a scuba diving trip with her friend and instructor Martina Engel, and sharing highlights from the adventure. Hayek posted pictures of the pair happily posing in bikinis and wetsuits, well-earned drinks in hand and snacking on oranges. “Hanging out with my favorite dive master,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Hayek stays ageless and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Knows You Love Her Bikinis

Hayek celebrated hitting 25 million followers on Instagram by posting a very tongue-in-cheek video of herself working out in a swimming pool. “I can’t believe it, 25 million followers! Thank you soo soo much to every single one of you. 🙏 Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most 👙, here’s a bikini work out for you all. I hate exercising- but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water. I am genuinely moved and grateful for all your love & support 🥰.”

2. She Is Brave

London,,United,Kingdom,-,February,10,,2019:,Salma,Hayek,AttendsShutterstock

Remember the infamous scene-stealing snake dance Hayek did in From Dusk Till Dawn? It turns out she wasn’t exactly prepared for that. “They just kind of threw me on the stage with the snake, put the music on and said, ‘Hey, dance!’” she says, adding that there was no choreography—she was left to her own devices. “I was feeling insecure [and] just wanted to get through it. It was a really small part but to my surprise people really remember that moment.”

3. No Hair Dye, Please

Salma,Hayek,Pinault,Wearing,Dress,By,Alexander,Mcqueen,Attends,PremiereShutterstock

Hayek’s gorgeous dark locks? All natural, all her. The actress no longer has the patience to sit through endless root touch-ups. “It’s my natural color, and it’s my natural white hairs,” she says. “One of the reasons I don’t dye my hair is because I don’t have the patience to sit through it. I don’t want to spend what’s left of my youth pretending I’m younger and then not enjoying life.”

4. She’s Very Funny

Hayek fought typecasting to be allowed to do comedy (no one could forget her star turn in 30 Rock). “I was typecast for a long time,” she says. “My entire life I wanted to do comedy and people wouldn’t give me comedies. I couldn’t land a role until I met Adam Sandler, who put me in a comedy [2010’s Grown Ups], but I was in my forties! They said, ‘You’re sexy, so you’re not allowed to have a sense of humor.’ Not only are you not allowed to be smart, but you were not allowed to be funny in the ’90s.”

5. No Botox or Fillers

Hayek’s secret to beautiful, ageless skin? Golden face masks and chicken soup. “I use an ingredient called Tepezcohuite that’s used in Mexico for burn victims because it completely regenerates the skin, and there’s no one in the States who is using this ingredient except for us,” she says. “Some of the ingredients, when I took them to the American labs, they were like ‘Oh my god! How come nobody is using this?’ This is why I have no Botox, no peels, no fillings.”

My job is very physical,” Blanchett told The Coveteur about how she got into the best shape of her life at 48 with the help of Chris Hemsworth’s personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, for the third Thor film. “It was hideous. It was horrendous. It was a hardcore cardio and weights circuit, but it only lasted 20 minutes because he had to fit it in between scenes,” she said. “But it was great, I actually wanted to get up at six in the morning and work with him for 20 minutes before the kids woke up, if you can believe it. It sounds bizarre. I’m not doing that at the moment, but I really do want to get back to it.”

But I also love the outlet that Taryn creates. It’s a ‘get your freak on’ kind of thing. It doesn’t feel like a traditional workout. You get to move your body, but you also get to shift your mind in a way that’s really cathartic.”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
