Home and Away star Sam Frost just posted another stunning photo of herself on her Instagram story. Frost—who has also appeared on The Bachelor Australia and The All New Monty, and caused controversy for her COVID vaccine reluctance before finally expressing, not to worry, she'd be "fully vaxxed"—posed outside at the beach with the wind in her long blonde hair. She Gets Up Early

Frost tells WHO that she's a morning person, and that she wakes up early to prevent her from getting too stressed out or rushing. "I try and start my day by waking up properly before I have to leave because if I leave and I'm rushed and in a panic I'm going to spend my whole day in a panic."

She Spends Her Free Time At The Gym

Frost has a pretty busy schedule, and she says that it changes by the day. However, she says that she likes to spend her free time working out. "When I find gaps in my day I'll go for a walk or go to the gym," she says to WHO.

She's Mindful Of Her Meal Size

Frost tells WHO that when it comes to her portions, she takes the time of day into consideration. "I have a huge breakfast and a huge lunch. Then for dinner, I usually have a smaller portion because I don't want to go to sleep with a full tummy."

She Isn't Afraid To Indulge

Frost says that she tries to eat healthy most of the time, but she will indulge once in a while. "To me, I love to be healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle, but I also don't give myself a hard time when I do go out with my girlfriends and get a big meal," she says to WHO. "I just enjoy it."

She Works Out Often

Frost says that she aims to squeeze in a work out every day, or at least every other day. "I try to do 20 minutes of workout every day, but realistically I do them every second day," she says to WHO

She Goes To Classes

While most of Frost's workouts are done on her own, she says to WHO that she does have some favorite fitness classes that she goes to reguarly. "I do a class once or twice a week, if I can, which is either Spin class or boxing."
