She also has launched an acting career, appearing on Home and Away. Frost is currently expecting her first child, and shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, Frost enjoyed a day on a boat. She wore a dark green bikini, sunglasses, and a maroon hat. She captioned the photo, “Crusing into the third trimester.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sam Frost stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Confident

In 2020, Frost did an interview with NowtoLove. She says that she has found a lot of confidence in herself. "I'm not sure whether it's because I am single again, or if it's because I'm in my 30's and I am tired of having to apologise for who I am. Maybe it's because 2020 has been a real jerk of a year? I don't know why, all I know, I have changed.”

2. She Started Slow

Frost opened up about her fitness journey with NowtoLove. She says that she started slow, and worked her way up. "I signed up to a gym and took baby steps getting back into shape. I have always been active, but never dedicated. It started with two sessions a week, and I worked my way up from up there. Now a year later, I happily go to the gym 4-5 days a week and I see a personal trainer twice a week. I am feeling really good mentally and physically

3. She Mixes It Up

Frost does a lot of different things to workout. She shared some of her favorite exercises with WHO. “I enjoy skipping, sit-ups, push-ups, Russian twists and squats,” she says. “I do a class once or twice a week, if I can, which is either Spin class or boxing.”

4. She Watches Her Portions

Full,American,Breakfast,On,Wooden,,Top,View,,Copy,Space.,SunnyShutterstock

Frost broke down some of her favorite foods and meals to Rescu. She says that portions are something she is mindful of. Frost says that she eats different sized meals depending on the day. "I have a huge breakfast and a huge lunch. Then for dinner, I usually have a smaller portion because I don’t want to go to sleep with a full tummy.”

5. She Limits Her Access To Things

Frost tells Rescu that she doesn’t limit herself too much. However, she does limit her access to some of her favorite indulges. Frost says that this is especially necessary for one of her favorite foods. "I’m a chocolate thief. I avoid having chocolate in the house and I avoid touching it, because as soon as I have the tiniest bit, I’m a monster.”

1. She Isn’t Focused On Weight Loss

Johnston is open about her diet on Instagram. She eats what she calls an “animal-based diet”, which means a lot of meat and eggs. In this post, Johnston talked about the reasons she is on this diet. “I eat whatever of these things I feel like eating, whenever I feel hungry, until I’m full. I’m on this journey for health reasons- the weight loss has just been an extra benefit.”

2. She Hikes

Johnston does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. She shares a lot of highlights from hikes on Instagram. 3. She Catches Fresh Fish

Johnston eats a lot of fish. And she makes sure that she’s getting it as fresh as she can. Johnston and her family do a lot of fishing together. She shared this photo on Instagram of a bunch of fish that her family caught. She captioned it, “Slayin’ the reds. Time to get to smoking and canning.”

4. She Took A Social Media Break

(Also bear with me while I try to figure out how to do reels).”

5. She Swims

As you can tell from her recent post, Johnston is an avid swimmer. This exercise has a lot of benefits. Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. Tones muscles and builds strength. Provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of your muscles are used during swimming.”

Jamie Otis, the influencer, author, podcaster, and reality star, is looking forward to the warmer weather. Otis celebrated Memorial Day Weekend, and posted a stunning new reel on Instagram. In it, Otis walked in a desert canyon. She wore a black bathing suit, showing off her body. She captioned the reel, “This weekend marks the beginning of summer.☀️ We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls…Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.👙😎🏝.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jamie Otis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Embraces Her Body

Otis is proud of her body, and she wants people to know it. She talks about self-love and body positivity on a lot of her Instagram posts, including her most recent Memorial Day reel. “We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls,” Otis wrote. “Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.”

2. She No Longer Takes “Before & After” Photos

One thing Otis is doing to help herself stay confident is not taking “before and after” photos for social media, especially after having her two kids. She revealed her explanations for doing this in this reel. “I'm never taking a degrading "before" pic again. It's just not for me anymore. After having my first rainbow baby, my goal was to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes asap. It was never about health. It's taken me decades to learn that I'm more than my pant size & the number on the scale doesn't define me. Halle-freakin-lujah.

3. She Went On A Cleanse

Otis revealed in this reel that she was about to make a lot of changes to her diet and lifestyle. “Today I am cutting out gluten, dairy, alcohol, and extra sugars bc my skin has been so red and dry,” she explained. “It's like my body has been screaming at me to take better care of it. I've got that eczema on my eyelids, dandruff and itchy scalp, and just ya know, no energy & always feeling physically & mentally drained.”

4. She Worked Out While She Was Pregnant

2019 A+E Networks UpfrontDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Otis made sure to get workouts in while she was pregnant. On her website, she explained her reason for doing so. “I am committed to staying strong and healthy for me and my rainbow baby. I know that the first half of my pregnancy was a struggle, but I’m getting back on track (and writing this blog/putting it out into the world is my way of holding myself accountable)!”

5. She Opened Up About Her Struggles

In 2019, a controversial “Heartbeat Bill” was passed in some states, which would limit access to abortions, with Alabama banning them completely. When this happened, Otis wrote a guest piece for People about her own abortion, wanting to let others know they weren’t alone, and to reduce the stigma. “I know I’m going to get backlash for opening up about my past. Like I said, my abortions still torment me and I hate that I had to have them. However, am I thankful? Of course. I wouldn’t be able to be a good mother to my daughter right now or have been able to be a good parent to my siblings back then. The cycle continues because there’s not enough education about sex and birth control, and not enough support. There’s not enough constructive discussion about abortion. It sucks. It really sucks. But the truth of the matter is it is a necessary option.”

British model Roxy Horner is 7 months pregnant and enjoying a gorgeous babymoon in Mykonos, Greece. The 32-year-old girlfriend of comedian Jack Whitehall shared pictures of her luxurious vacation, including ones of her posing in a silver bikini against a background of blue skies and palm trees. “7 months of growing you🤰🏼,” she captioned the post. “Auntie can’t wait 🥰,” commented her sister Riana Horner. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Horner stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Spending Time Outdoors

Veronica Beard Hosts Summer Fair Party At The Serpentine PavilionDave Benett/Getty Images

Spending time outdoors benefits Horner both physically and mentally. “I find that getting out to a park, the woods or a beach really helps me when I’m having days when I’m not feeling my best mentally or physically,” she says. “I’ve definitely been outdoors and taking in my surroundings a lot more since I’ve been pregnant but I’ve always needed that time for my mental wellbeing, having a dog also forces me to get outside even on days when I don’t feel like it.”

2. Living with Diabetes

Horner was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021 and has learned to live with the condition. “Aside from the daily injection and checking my glucose levels, I have tried to do everything that I used to do before I was diagnosed, like traveling and going to work events,” she says. “I never want diabetes to stop me from doing anything I've ever wanted. I knew straight away that I wasn't going to let diabetes take over my life.”

3. Green Tea Lover

Horner’s favorite drink is green tea, which is high in polyphenols. “Polyphenols are the chemicals in the tea plant that protect it from disease and bacterial invasion,” says M. Elizabeth Swenor, D.O., medical director of lifestyle, integrative and functional medicine at Henry Ford Health. “When we drink the tea, those chemicals work the same way in us, feeding the healthy bacteria in our gut and starving the unhealthy bacteria that’s associated with chronic diseases.”

4. Swimming and Snorkeling

Horner loves swimming and snorkeling in the ocean. “There's a relaxing, meditative side to swimming,” says Harvard Health. “It can come with letting your mind drift as, bathed by soothing water, you focus on your breathing and your movements. This stress-busting aspect could contribute to the cardiovascular benefits of swimming.”

5. Honest About Pregnancy

Horner might look perfect in pictures, but she admits pregnancy has not been easy. “I’ve been quite envious of women who have these amazingly easy pregnancies where they feel great all the time as that’s definitely not been me - I’m still waiting for that pregnancy glow up when I wake up feeling fabulous!” she says. “I had an older woman recently say to me ‘oh I loved being pregnant, I would do it all over again’ and whilst I love those magical moments where I can feel my baby move I’ve not loved throwing up all the time.”

The Office star Majandra Delfino—she played Fannie Schrute, Dwight's sister—went paddle boarding in Portland, Maine, not letting the cold weather get in the way of a fun time on the water. Delfino, 42, shared a picture of herself wearing a black one-piece swimsuit, posing in front of a mirror with two friends also in swimsuits.“Beaches of Eastwick,” she captioned the post. “I bet y’all had a blast and you enjoyed your besties being there,” a fan commented. Delfino has been acting for decades—here’s how she does it.

1. She’s a Singer

Shutterstock

Delfino was a singer before getting into acting. “Acting came a lot later in my life,” she says. “I've been singing professionally since I was like 11, when I was in a band in Miami, with three of my friends, called China Dolls. Our managers had this great image of us being like Spice Girls or something, but we just didn't get to do what we wanted, so we split up. Now two of the girls have a deal with Sony and the other has a deal with BMG, so everybody's got it together.”

2. Avoiding Unhealthy Fats

Delfino tries to avoid unhealthy fats in her food. “I love to eat lots of things that I am discovering contain partially hydrogenated oil which is such a bad fat for your heart,” she says. “I'm a firm believer in good fats that have been proven to be necessary, only problem is a lot of our foods put these oils in to give their products a longer shelf life. So I don't feel guilty when I have cookie dough with normal fat, but I feel bad when it has the unnatural kind.”

3. Pregnancy Experience

Woman,Standing,And,Touching,With,Hands,Her,Naked,Big,Belly.Shutterstock

Delfino believes people should stop treating pregnant women like public property. “From the moment your belly pops (which for me was two seconds after the ‘positive’ pee experience) you become what I can only guess most people consider ‘public domain’,” she says. “That means everyone and I mean EVERYONE has something to say (and feels they MUST say) about how you look, what you’re having, how you’re going to deliver it and then right back to how you look. And what I learned almost every time is that people (even women) are still super down on women.”

4. Horseback Riding

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,27:,Majandra,Delfino,At,The,AnShutterstock

Delfino loves horses and horseback riding. "For the average junior or amateur rider who trains in the saddle at least two to three times per week, riding is a great addition to an exercise program," says professional hunter-jumper rider and trainer Melissa Gruber. "Riding is a total body workout. Your legs, arms and core work together to control and communicate with the horses. Really, riding is a partnership sport; the rider and the horse support and guide each other. Just like dancing or ice skating with a partner, horse and rider communicate through body language and touch."

5. Skiing Trips

Delfino enjoys skiing trips with her friends and family. “It’s well documented that skiing and snowboarding benefits cardiovascular health, overall fitness, strength, coordination, balance and more,” says the Canadian Ski Council. “Regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity.”

I am pro-aging,” she said at the Radically Reframing Aging Summit. “I want to age with intelligence and grace and dignity and verve and energy.”

2. She Doesn’t Suck In Her Stomach Anymore

In a photo Curtis posted on Instagram of her character in the upcoming film, Everything Everywhere All at Once, she opened up about her body image. She says that she is a lot more comfortable with her body, and that she isn’t trying to look skinnier, especially when making this film. “I've been sucking my stomach in since I was 11, when you start being conscious of boys and bodies, and the jeans are super tight. I very specifically decided to relinquish and release every muscle I had that I used to clench to hide the reality. That was my goal. I have never felt more free creatively and physically.”

3. She’s Sober

Curtis is a recovering addict, and is currently over 20 years sober. "My recovery is the single greatest accomplishment that I will ever get to do in this human life," she said to Hello! Magazine. "I have a generational link to addiction and substance abuse in my family and I was able to catch it, look in the mirror, understand the problem and I have been clean and sober for 22 years."

4. She is Open to Opportunities

Curtis has played a variety of roles in films and has taken on spokeswoman roles for different products. She says that she is open to any opportunity that comes her way. “I have continually taken the jobs that come my way, from blockbuster film projects to commercials for pantyhose and rental car services and yogurt that makes you regular,” she told InStyle. “I'm sure some people thought I would never get another ‘real’ job after taking some of those opportunities, but I didn’t care. Everything good that has happened to me, it’s because I have been in the path of it.”

5. She Doesn’t Look In The Mirror

The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala - ArrivalsDavid Livingston/Getty Images

Curtis opened up about some of her wellness secrets to Good Housekeeping. One of her secrets is not looking in the mirror too much. “I don’t know if men wake up, look in the mirror and hate themselves. Most women do. So I have a big secret: I don’t look in the mirror. I’m a 60-year-old woman. I am not going to look the same as I used to, and I don’t want to be confronted by that every day! When I get out of the shower, I have a choice: I can dry myself off looking in the mirror, or I can dry myself off with my back to it. I turn my back to the mirror, and I feel great! I don’t want women to hate themselves, because I think women are extraordinary.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
