Prabhu posts a lot of workout videos on Instagram. One type of workout she likes to do is strength training exercises. She posted this video of herself working with her trainer. She Skis

Prabhu learned to ski this year as a way to stay in shape. In January, she went on a ski trip to Verbier, Switzerland, and posted about it on Instagram.
