If you want a fit figure like Samira, you are going to have to sweat hard for it. She revealed to New magazine that she takes three exercise classes per week at BXR gym in London. "I also have a personal trainer who I see as much as I can."
She Uses the VersaClimber
Samira is a big fan of a specific type of machine, offering a full body workout. "There's a class called VersaClimber, where you get on this mad machine and they should 'push' at you. It's amazing," she told New.
She Kickboxes
Samira also stays fit with the help of boxing and kickboxing, which helps keep her favorite body part, her legs, in great shape. She told New that she loves them "because they're quite muscly."

Her Diet Is Healthy
Samira maintains a healthy diet. "I like junk food, but I'm healthy overall," she told New. "I'm quite a picky person. I have a lot of fish and meat. Chinese – I love duck pancakes." However, she does have a desire to ditch meat altogether. "I was going to go veggie for a week to see how it goes. I want to try for health and environmental reasons," she said.

When asked about her top health tip, Samira suggested deleting your Uber app. "Try walking instead of taking Uber. It's extra calories burnt," she told New.
She Talks Herself Down
Samira revealed to Pride that she has battled anxiety for a number of years. "I get that feeling in my stomach, and it's horrible. Coming out of the villa, I had anxiety; things in the media, I've had anxiety ‒ and I struggle to breathe at times. Sometimes I go to a place in my head when I'm like, 'Come on, stop being stupid, look at your position, let's go! You have to talk yourself down, because I get really worked up and overthink everything," she said. "I know it's not the best thing for me to do, but I put others before me; I've gotta learn that sometimes, it's gotta be me first."
