Vanessa Loves Pilates

Hudgens revealed a lot of her fitness secrets to Parade. She says that one thing she likes to do is Pilates. “​​I’ve been going to this Pilates studio called WundaBar for years, and it’s just a great deep muscle-training workout. It’s not super high intensity, but I always feel it the next day.”

Hudgens also tells Parade that she likes to practice yoga. And she also says that she works hard to maintain it. “I love Modo Yoga. I love a heated yoga class. I love to sweat. I love having to change my clothes after a workout. I think that there’s no better feeling than when you really sweat during a workout.”

Hudgens tells Parade that her favorite way to stay in shape is by taking fitness classes. “I try to take one of these classes whenever I can, whenever my schedule allows it. Normally, that doesn’t allow for seven days. I would do seven days if I had time.”

For Hyland, wellness starts with her mental health. “It really is this balance of mental, emotional and physical reality,” she says to People. “So if you’re feeling mentally and emotionally drained, or if you are in a very dark space, you have to pull the string on the other side to lift you up out of that.”

Sarah Has Changed Her Skincare Routine

Hyland tells People that she has started to prioritize her skincare in recent years. “As I got older, you start to be like, ‘Oh, I should probably be taking care of myself more and eating more greens than fast food and using moisturizers instead of not and really investing in myself.’ Rather than other trivial things.”
