Actress Sarah Hyland is on her honeymoon with new husband, The Bachelorette star Wells Adams. The couple decided to go to the Maldives. Hyland is making sure to spend time at the beach, and just shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, Hyland wore a white lace strapless bathing suit and plaid wrap. She revealed in the caption that Adams took the photo of her, writing, "Heaven." How does she stay so fit? She Uses Collagen

Hyland revealed some of her favorite wellness routines and products to Byrdie. She says that when it comes to skincare, she focuses on gaining collagen. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Hyland tells Byrdie that she makes sure to take care of her skin. She revealed her process in the interview. "I use my beauty tool, a face roller, every day no matter what moisturizer or serum I'm using. Hyland tells Byrdie that she still indulges in some food. "Eat the entire wedge of cheese if you want! If you feel good about yourself, that's really all that matters. Food is a big thing for me, not treating myself with food but allowing myself to be like, 'It's okay, eat the entire thing of cheese.'"

She Takes Supplements

Hyland tells Harper's Bazaar that she uses a lot of supplements. "I take a lot of vitamins and dietary supplements anyway, and run everything by my doctors just in case, and it's so nice to be able to cut down my pill volume and give myself a little treat with chocolate at the same time. I instantly had ideas for new products, because I know so much about the health space and what women need. It's nice to contribute to something that's been such a massive theme in my life."

She's Confident In Herself

In her Harper's Bazaar interview, Hyland talked about her meaning of self-care. She says that feeling confident in herself is her favorite form of self-care. "I also think self-care is feeling strong and empowered within yourself," she says. "And at the end of the day, just giving gratitude for what your body does for you."
