Sarah is always on the move. She has several workouts that help her stay in shape, including paddleboarding. “Taking a selfie on a paddle board is not easy,” she captioned one post. She also loves PlateFit. “I love how quickly I can work out and get such a great exercise.” And she finds other ways to sweat. “I love Pilates because it centers me and it also strengthens my body, but I also love being outside, so swimming, hiking, anything like that is great as well.”

2. She Maintains a Healthy Diet

Sarah told Self focuses her diet around healthy food. “Freddie and I go to the supermarket probably every day, because we like to eat fresh, organic and local. People think it's so expensive to eat like that, but there are ways to do it so it's not as pricey. We shop at Whole Foods, but we ask which fish is on sale. On sale doesn't mean it's bad! It probably just means it's overcaught. And I clip coupons all the time. Why should you pay more for something that someone else is paying less for?” she said. She starts her day with coffee and veggie juice. “My favorite thing is to have a green juice,” she told The/Thirty. “I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. That's my favorite thing before I work out.” And her go-to snack? “Cheese and crackers. And chips and salsa. And fruit and veggies. The list goes on…” she told E! Online.

We go up by five pounds, we lose it, depending on the water, the moon, your cycle, whatever. So I just try to maintain.”

Gellar always tries to get a workout in. However, she isn’t afraid to take a day off when she needs it. She tells Self that she takes days off when she feels run-down or tired. "I do whatever I can whenever I can, but if I'm tired, it's okay to just be tired," she says. "Your brain needs a rest now and then. Research has found that taking breaks can improve your mood, boost your performance and increase your ability to concentrate and pay attention," says the Cleveland Clinic.

She says that she likes to make green juices before she works out, and revealed her recipe to the website. “I go every weekend to the farmers market and I get fresh kale, spinach, celery, and lettuces and I blend it all together. Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. “I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness.
