Landry famously lost a significant amount of weight, which encouraged her to also work on her inner self. “I had recently lost 100lbs and had a healthy social media following because of it,” she says. “But I never really found happiness in my body like I expected weight loss to bring me, which caused me to have to do a lot of inner work, which spilled over into outer work.”

2. Health Mantra

Landry follows a simple health mantra. “Don’t overcomplicate it,” she says. “We don’t have to be the best in the gym, the perfect diet (it doesn’t exist) or the most perfect version of ourselves at all times. Because we already are. When we start honoring our days, we stop living in our past or looking only at the future. Small, individual choices can add up to a healthy and beautiful life.”

3. Honest About Workouts

Landry is honest about not enjoying working out—but she loves the endorphin rush afterwards. “I’m someone who really hates all workouts,” she admits. “I can’t escape it! It’s just who I AM! However, I love the FEELING afterward. Enough that I keep going back. I would say I’m somewhere between dancing in my bedroom to Britney Spears and weight lifting!”

4. Plant-Based Diet

Landry follows a vegan, plant-based diet. “Turns out, I’m pretty badly intolerant to both gluten and dairy (and I thought these were fake allergies…),” she says. “Since cutting those out, I additionally went vegan about 2 years ago and have really enjoyed NOT being sick, and loving on veggies.”

5. Importance of Self-Love

Self-love is something Landry works on every day. “For me, I've found that self-love has to be in action and not in just feeling,” she says. “The feeling comes and goes, like it often can in relationships. So, I have to show up in ways that I know is loving to my body. And to be honest, the more I've worked on my self-love, I've just thought about my body less, which allows me to show up more in life and in the memories forming around me every day.”

Hyland has a chronic kidney condition called kidney dysplasia and has had two kidney transplants. So she was thrilled to get her booster against COVID. "It means the world to me. I'm alive today because of science. With the medical field and where medicine is right now, it's just life saving," she says. "Because I've gotten my booster shot, I feel even more comfortable than I did after receiving my two doses," she told People. She added: “To those that are on the fence, you can do as much research on Google as you want, but it's science and they're true medical professionals making these vaccines," Hyland says. "If someone like me with such a compromised immune system is not only eligible to get it, and very much willing to do so, it's safe for you out there. It can only protect you."

Hyland teamed up with vegan snack brand Sourse, which makes vitamin and collagen-infused dark chocolate. In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk.
