She Keeps Healthy Food In Her Home

Tandon makes sure to eat healthy. One of her secrets is keeping healthy food in her house. She shared some of her favorites in an interview with the Times of India. "I always have fruits like watermelon, muskmelon, oranges, dark chocolates, dry fruits, lemon, as in the morning I have a cup of water with lemon. Lastly, I always have chaas that I love drinking."

She Tries To Be Consistent With Workouts

Tandon shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with the Hindustan Times. She says that when it comes to working out, she attempts to be as consistent as she can. "It is a challenge to keep a disciplined fitness and diet regime while shooting for a daily show. Unfortunately, my studio is far from home: I travel close to three to four hours daily. Still, I try to work out three to four days a week."

She Has Some Rules With Food

Tandon shared some of her food rules in her Hindustan Times interview. "I don't follow any strict diet chart, but stick to a few thumb rules," she explained. "I eat oil free or almost oil free food, keep a count of my protein intake, avoid long gaps in my meals and include two fruits daily in my diet. I also drink 8 to 10 glasses of water to keep my system clean."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Tandon has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite products and tips in her Hindustan Times interview. "I use cruelty free makeup: I only opt for natural or organic and vegan products. Also my makeup cleaning ritual is almost 20 minutes long, because I don't let even a speck of makeup remain on my face before I go to sleep. I use a sunscreen everyday even if I am shooting indoors. I use a Vitamin C serum in the morning and an under eye cream every night."

She Stays Hydrated

One of Tandon's biggest wellness secrets is staying hydrated. She shared some of her favorite beverages in her Hindustan Times interview. "I drink amla aloe vera juice every morning, along with two glasses of water on an empty stomach. This helps me keep my system clean — a clean stomach means good skin and a healthy body. I also drink coconut water daily as it replenishes minerals in the body and once again, it's good for the skin and hair."
