1. She Does a Lot of Let Workouts

Saweetie’s favorite part of her body to train? “Well, I love legs and I was an athlete since I can ever remember. I come from an athletic family. My grandfather played for the San Francisco 49ers and my uncles played football as well. My aunties ran track. We’re all really athletic. So when it comes to fitness, I love working on my legs,” she told Women Fitness. “I think if you have good legs, you look good overall. So, I would say squats and leg presses. Even, mixing in some dance moves like squatting and dancing. I’ve been trying to practice it more and more, It’s a really good exercise!”
2. She Cooks Her Own Meals

How does Saweetie prioritize healthy eating? “I try to cook for myself. I feel like if I’m not going to go on a strict diet, I can do my due diligence by cooking as much as possible and controlling my portions by measuring ingredients so my meal is healthy,” she told Women Fitness
3. She Cheats

Saweetie has a few go-to cheat foods. One of them is McDonalds. “And my any time favorite food would definitely be crawfish with a yummy cajun sauce, extra spicy, and a side of rice,” she told Women’s Fitness.
4. She Takes Ginger Shows
“I take ginger shots every morning and I take vitamins,” Saweetie revealed to Page Six. “I just feel like a certain type of cleanliness. People don’t talk about it — but let’s talk about it — healthy bowel movements are really important. You got to get that thing flowing.”
5. Music Is Her Therapy
Saweetie has always looked at music as therapy. “An icon is someone who inspires others—through fashion, through music, through your personality, through your perseverance. I’ve always admired the women that came before me, my own icons, because they helped me become the woman I am today,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Her ultimate icon? Cher. “One thing that she taught me was Take your time, but keep going. No matter where you’re at, keep going. Sometimes, I do feel like giving up. But I know that if she did it, I could do it too. I see a lot of myself in her,” she continued. “I feel like I’ve made it when a fan writes me a letter and they correlate an experience between a song that I put out [and something that happened to them]. It really makes me feel good. Because what good is all this fame, this notoriety, if you’re not helping people? It warms my heart when I hear stories about my music getting someone through a hard exam period, a bad breakup, a time when they were feeling low. I know what it feels like to be that little girl who struggles and who needs music for therapy and for inspiration.”
