Scarlet Stallone has become a breakout star, despite only being 20 years old. She isn’t just the daughter of Sylvester Stallone. She isn’t just the younger sister of Sistine and Sophia Stallone. But she’s also starring in the Paramount Plus series, Tulsa King. Stallone shared a set of photos on Instagram this week. In one, she posed in a pale yellow bathing suit top and jeans with friends. She captioned the post, “Rushing.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Scarlet Stallone stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works Out With Her Family

Stallone has a famous family. And she likes to workout with them. In 2020, not long after her 18th birthday, she was spotted working out with her dad and two older sisters. They were seen working out with weighted bags. Working out with others can help you stay motivated, and having loved ones there just adds extra motivation. Family members can also help remind you to workout, and it makes it harder to cancel on them.

2. She Works Hard

Stallone and her sister, Sophia, work with trainer, Kevin Mejia, to keep themselves in shape. Mejia shared what it is like working with the duo in a 2020 interview with HollywoodLife. He says that the Stallones have a good work ethic. “Our sessions are filled with jokes and a good time, coupled with the great intensity, and they bring it every time we workout,” he says. “They conquer some of the toughest exercises in the gym with ease…I always remind my clients, as long as you bring intensity you’ll conquer your goal in the gym and that guides my work with them.”

3. She Does Activation Work

Mejia shared some of the exercises he likes to do with Stallone and her sister in a session. He says that to warm them up, he will have them do workouts that activate their muscles. “For a standard workout, we’ll start out with some type of activation exercises,” he says. “Such as bridges or monster walks, because a great workout always starts with a great warm up.”

4. She Does Single Side Exercises

Mejia tells HollywoodLife that he likes to do one-sided exercises with Stallone. “After activation work, we’ll go into single sided work like, ankle weighted rainbow kicks,” Mejia said, explaining, “This allows for a mind muscle connection, which a lot of people lack in the gym — but it later helps people contract or squeeze the right muscles.”

5. She Builds Muscle

Mejia likes to do muscle-building exercises with Stallone. He shared some of his favorites to HollywoodLife. “It’s a set or two of wide stance squats and chest presses into flies,” he explained, calling it “straight core work.” Mejia also explains why he likes these workouts. “Exercises like hanging knee raises are one of my favorite exercises to give them — and to most of my clients, because it lengthens the body and targets the lower abs along with improving grip strength.”

Florence Pugh in a bathing suit is celebrating her BFF. “Today’s a great excuse to post some incredibly legendary pictures of an incredibly legendary person…. As it’s @olivealicemchugh BIRTHDAY. My ultimate wingwoman. Obvious ride or die. We’re gremlins and elegant all in the same 10 minutes, the perfect combination. There are many things that I’m grateful for in this life, but Livvy being born is one of the biggest. Our memories make me cherish so much of life, our poses keep me guessing for what’s to come next, and her brain is one that I not only adore but find totally unique and beautiful. All in all, we’re all lucky for Livvy. Happy Birthday my sweets. You’re a legend.” Florence looks amazing in her bathing suit. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Reportedly Had to Do CrossFit

florence-pugh-ride-or-dieFlorence Pugh/Instagram

“Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on everything from coordination to power through an assortment of randomized physical challenges. From box jumps and kettlebell swings to push-ups and lunges, Crossfit strives to provide a total-body, integrated approach to fitness through exercises that are based on the movement patterns of everyday life,” says ACE Fitness.

2. She Loves On-Screen Combat

For her role in Black Widow: “Essentially you need to look good moving. For me, I loved all of that because I grew up with a lot of dance and a lot of movement. I was always fighting my brother [actor and musician Toby Sebastian], so I find all of that combat stuff so exciting. Once you’ve put it on camera you’ve got to know how to make it look right and that’s a whole different beast,” she told Elle UK.

3. She Didn’t Want to be Monitored For the Role

Tiffany & Co. "Vision & Virtuosity" Brand Exhibition Opening Gala -ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“When I got the job, I wanted to know what the regime was,” she told Elle about Black Widow. “I wanted to know whether it was them or me calling the shots. That was a big deal for me. I didn’t want to be part of something where I was constantly checked on. And people making sure I was in the ‘right’ shape. That’s not me at all.” She added: “Scarlett had this amazing guy who cooked beautiful things for her and her team. I thought that was clever because you’re doing fitness all the time and you need to have someone who’s on top of what you’re eating and the nutrients you’re getting. I remember her asking, ‘Why are you cooking for yourself? Just let us feed you!’ And I was like, ‘Nope.’”

4. She Says This About Body Image

“I did a job where it was made very apparent that I needed to lose weight and when it was over, I was very aware I didn’t want to do that kind of work,” she told Glamour. “Because I was faced with that, I realized what I wanted to represent, and had that not happened, I may not have overcome my issues with my body at such an early age. I’m happy about that, but a lot of women aren’t that lucky.”

5. She Had Tracheomalacia As a Kid

EE British Academy Film Awards 2022 - Winners RoomDave Benett/Getty Images

Pugh has a signature raspy voice due to tracheomalacia as a kid. “Tracheomalacia is a rare condition that happens when the cartilage of the windpipe, or trachea, is soft, weak and floppy. This can cause the tracheal wall to collapse and block the airway, making it hard to breathe,” says Cedars-Sinai. “Tracheomalacia can have no symptoms, especially if the condition is very mild. However, the more the airway is blocked, the more severe the symptoms are. Symptoms of tracheomalacia are often attributed to other conditions, such as emphysema or asthma.”

Natasha Culzac is heating up the Greek islands in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Halo star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing in Zante. “Lovely vibes,” commented one of her followers. “Livin the life!” added another. How does the actress, 37, approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. She “Detested Exercise”

Beautiful,Sporty,Girl,Doing,Sport,Wearing,Sportswear,Holding,Yoga,MatShutterstock

“So before I got Halo, I have to admit I was pretty unfit,” Natasha confessed to Schon. “ I used to regulate my size with food and all the guilt that brings, bla bla bla. I could barely run a bath, let alone a 5k. In fact, I would go so far as to say I truly detested exercise. Not only the gruelling, punishing act of it but also the culture around it. It all felt a bit ‘holier than thou’.”

2. She Joined a Gym in 2018

Natasha first dabbled in exercise when she got cast in The Witcher in 2018. “I decided to at least put 10% more effort into getting fit because I knew I had a fight sequence. But you join the gym, you don’t really know what you’re doing, the weight section is overwhelming, you think you’re gonna be laughed out of the place. So when The Witcher filming ended, so did my minor interest in fitness,” she said.

3. When She Was Cast in Halo She Was Forced to “Throw” Herself Into Fitness

When she got the call in 2019 from Otto Bathurst, executive producer on Halo, and was offered the role of Riz, “he said it was going to be tough, really physically demanding, and [asked if] was ok with that,” she said. “He wanted to know I could rise to it. Of course I was like, ‘take my blood, I’m ready for anything.’ And then I thought… ‘fuck’. There was no excuse now — I had to throw myself into this world I’d shunned for so long,” she added, saying that she was driven to “push” herself. “I immediately got a PT and started doing all sorts of classes. In the August before filming we were given a Spartan trainer who did a lot of Crossfit-esque stuff with us, and the training for the show then didn’t stop until we wrapped in June 2021. In Budapest during filming, we were training 5-6 days a week, and during multiple lockdowns, trained virtually at home. All of this was not only to give us the physicality of supersoldiers but also, as actors, to actually be able to handle the 35kg, bulky costume. That’s nearly half my own bodyweight.”

4. She Runs

Natasha now does marathons. “Two days ago desperately suffering inside but always with spare room to piss about 🙄 If you told pre-Covid me that over the next 18 months I’d do 4 half marathons, I’d have clubbed ya with my burger and told ya to seek help. Slightly addicted to them now, WHO AM I,” she captioned an Instagram post.

5. She Hikes

Natasha also loves hiking. She recently shared a photo from one of her adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • "Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems"

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
