Sheana Carb Cycles

Scheana is a big fan of carb cycling, which helped her lose a lot of weight in 2016 Trainer-nutritionist Seth Browning put her on a carb-cycling plan, rotating days of eating carbs with days of totally skipping them. "When we first started I was doing three days of no carbs and one day of healthy carbs—and that helped kick my body into shape," she told Life & Style per Women's Health. An average meal on a no-carb day? "Salmon with lots of grilled vegetables."

Scheana Drinks Lots of Water

Scheana also prioritizes hydration "That is the one thing I do every meal," she told Life & Style about her healthy water habit. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Scheana Exercises Almost Every Day

Scheana revealed to Us Weekly that she trains hard four to five days a week. Sometimes she does full-body workouts and other times, focuses more on body parts, like a day strictly focused on legs, butt, or core.

Scheana Is Transparent

She also makes sure to be totally transparent. "I realized that it's so much more relatable putting your truth out there than trying to pretend that everything's perfect," she told Us Weekly. "Even just, like, getting Botox or fillers or stupid like things like that. I'm going to talk about what I do because it's, like, no I don't just look like this, or it's makeup."

Raquel Does Pilates and Barre

In an Instagram post, Raquel revealed that pilates and barre are her go-to workouts. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Raquel Challenges Herself

"Day one of my 75-day Hard challenge," the Vanderpump Rules revealed in an Instagram Story video, referencing the 75 Hard program, a "transformative mental toughness program" according to its website. She explained, "in this challenge, you have to work out twice a day [and] one of those workouts has to be outside."

Raquel Hikes

Raquel also enjoys hiking. Here she is in Tuscon, Arizona hiking with her pooch. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Raquel Rides Horses

Raquel also enjoys horseback riding. "Yesterday we went horseback riding through the Mexican jungle and to a beautiful beach where we watched the sunset and enjoyed an ice cold beer 🍻 Life is good!!" she captioned a recent post. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.
