Biss just shared a new set of snaps on her Instagram celebringing 2023. In them, Biggs and her fiance, footballer Daniel Venables, enjoyed a beach day. She wore a black swimsuit and a Tommy Jeans bucket hat. She captioned the post, “Almost a year to the day we were in this exact spot. It’s been a big one… but 2023 is set to be bigger.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Scherri-Lee Biggs stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Removes All The Things Clogging Her Skin

Biggs opened up about her wellness in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that when it comes to skincare, her main focus is unclogging pores and removing other dirt. “I use mostly Image skincare products. I like something that’s going to work for my skin. It's hard when you’re working a lot, because TV makeup is very heavy and can clog my skin, so I like to use products that firstly remove as much makeup and dirt as possible and that repair and renew my skin.”

2. She Loves Pilates and Boxing

Biggs also talked about her favorite exercises in her Women Fitness interview. “I love Pilates,” she says. “Having had a dance background and having that muscle memory, Pilates is my go-to exercise. The slower and more precise, the better. I also love to hit up a bit of boxing. It's great to get out some energy and frustration.”

3. She Cooks

Biggs tells Women Fitness that she likes to cook a lot of her own meals. “I’m lucky, because my Mum was always a great cook, and healthy too. So I’m pretty good at whipping up a tasty healthy meal in the kitchen. I think the best things is to add as much colorful veggies to your plate as you can, eat good fats and steer away from processed carbohydrates.”

4. She Believes In Moderation

Biggs makes sure to eat healthy. However, for her, that doens’t mean putting herself on a diet. “I don’t believe in strict diets,” she tells Women Fitness. “They never work for me.” Biggs also says that she practices moderation. “I do believe that moderation is key though… I love some cheeky dark chocolate and a glass of red on the side.”

5. She Has Support

Biggs tells Chats with Pav that she has a strong support system behind her. She also says that these people helped her get through a rough time. “I went through disordered eating for some time. But it's nice to kind of, I guess look back now. And luckily I had the strength and support of family members and, you know, a good female support network as well, which is something that I'm very passionate about.”

Clothing designer and Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is in Jamaica. And she just shared a lot of stunning photos on Instagram, including one of herself in a pink swimsuit. McSweeney captioned the post, “A thirst trap and a slice of heaven in my fav place, with my fav people BLESS UP!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Leah McSweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Box

McSweeney revealed on the Bravo podcast, The Daily Dish, that she loves to box. She even says that boxing has helped her prepare for all the drama and craziness of being a Real Housewife. “I mean, it’s such a psychological and mental strengthening exercise. It definitely helped me prepare.”

2. She’s Sober

"Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It" Book Launch PartyJamie McCarthy/Getty Images

In an interview with Yahoo Life, McSweeney revealed that she was sober, and had thought about making the choice to do so for a while. She said that the pandemic and lockdowns helped her make the choice to get sober. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. "…It's very hard to drink in a light and fun way during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic when you’re stuck at home, and people are dying everywhere. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."

3. Her Take on Fame

“I’m kind of the same [since becoming a Housewife]. I’m the same, but my life is a little different. It doesn’t feel like anything is different, but I know it is. I am still shocked that people recognize me. I always think that it’s someone I know when they’re looking at me and they say, ‘Hi’—like I know them from somewhere. Obviously, I think the show gave my life a boost. I needed a little boost and that’s what it did. I will say that I am a lot busier than I have been in a while, but all good stuff,” she told NewBeauty.

4. She Has a Book Coming Up About Mental Health

“I think that one of the best parts about being on the show has been being able to reach people and to have conversations about different topics, like mental health,” she told NewBeauty. She was diagnosed with bipolar II. “I was stunned when it got brought up on the show. but in hindsight, I’m so happy it did. My book”—Chaos Theory: How to Embrace the Unexpected and Find Meaning in the Madness, coming out in April—“it’s going to cover a lot of that stuff, too. I feel like we have been in a collective mental health crisis…our world is upside down on so many levels, but I think that the conversation has been brought to the forefront. There’s still so much stigma around it, though. I think we still have a long way to go.”

5. She Has Done Anti-Workouts

“I just started posting these little work out videos to help me motivate myself to work out,” McSweeney, 37, told Page Six. “I called them ‘anti-influencer’ workouts because I am not a fitness influencer nor do I care to be.” These “non-workout workouts” involve yoga poses, too. “I’m not a professional,” she told us. “I’m just a regular chick trying to not let herself go during the quarantine.”

Olivia Frazer is known for her time on the hit Australian reality series, Married At First Sight. This has lead to her being an active presence on Instagram. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on her page. This week, Frazer posed in a white two-piece swimsuit with blue dots. She received praise from her followers in the comments. How does she stay so fit? 1. She’s Happy With Her Life

Hairspray The Musical Opening Night - ArrivalsMark Metcalfe/Getty Images

Frazer opened up about life after her divorce in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle. She says that she is now living life on her own terms. “Now I’m on OnlyFans, I’m single, I’m on the cover of Maxim - it’s the complete opposite. I think it’s the path that I was meant to be on and I’m where I’m meant to be. Every day I wake up and I'm just so happy with my life.”

2. She’s Taking Care Of Her Mental Health

Creed III Sydney PremiereMark Metcalfe/Getty Images

Frazer tells Yahoo Lifestyle that she has started taking care of her mental health. “I still feel like there's a little bit of fine-tuning to do with my mental health, but it's the best it's been since I want to say even before MAFS started filming,” she remarks. “I'm just excited to wake up every day, which I haven’t felt for two years. Obviously the filming process was hard and then what we went through during filming was awful. And then Jackson and I, it was the wrong relationship. So being in a relationship that's not working as well as all this other stuff just really took a toll. So I think getting out of all of it, I made a very conscious choice a few months ago to just stop talking about all the drama and all the bad stuff... Unless I’m asked a direct question, I just don’t interact with it or take the bait or anything like that, and it's just serving me really well.”

3. She Got Surgery

Stethoscope,On,Note,Book,With,Weight,Loss,Surgery,Words,AsShutterstock

Frazer notably lost a lot of weight in recent years. She revealed on Instagram that she decided to get weight-loss surgery as a way to do so. “Surgery [is] the last thing anybody ever wants to do. It is the last resort. It’s not fun not being able to eat like everybody else, it’s not fun to not be able to drink like everybody else.”

4. She Defends Herself

Frazer has had to defend herself due to being seen as a reality TV villain. She recently clapped back when a photo of her was taken without her consent. “I was spotted applying for a casual job at a makeup store. Absolutely disgusting because a photo was taken of me in my job interview that I did not know was being taken. It’s a huge disgusting invasion of privacy.”

5. She Swims

Frazer spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is going swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Frazer posted this set of photos of herself in Bali. In the first photo, she is seen taking a dip in a pool. She captioned the post, “Bali. And I might like the color green.” Frazer also shared this pool photo, captioning it, “More relaxing times.”

1. She Has Battled Health Issues Her Whole Life

Healthy,Nutrition,And,Belly,Health,Concept.,Close,Up,Of,WomanShutterstock

Bronte has battled health issues her whole life. "I spent half my life in hospital," she told 9Entertainment. "I had a lot of gut issues and growing up I had pancreatitis, endometriosis and gastritis all at the same time. I was in hospital, and I genuinely thought I was going to die. I was only 16-years-old, and my dad always knew that something wasn't right with me."

2. She Is “Very Resilient” But “Very Sensitive”

When it comes to her mental health, Bronte maintains she has to tread very carefully. “I couldn’t go into the media and run a narrative that wasn’t authentic to me, my story and my time in the experiment,” she revealed about why she waits to speak publicly. “When everything starts to unfold and you’re in the public eye, nothing can prepare you for that. I am very resilient but there’s another half to me, that’s very sensitive. I think the backlash, it was warranted and people’s opinions of me are none of my business, but it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t hurt. It hurts a lot so it just felt right to just pull out [of talking to the media].”

3. She Does Pilates

Bronte loves pilates. She has shared videos of herself on the reformer via her Instagram Stories. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

4. She Climbs Stairs

Bronte doesn’t need a gym to stay in shape! She revealed in one of her Instagram Stories that she enjoys walking up and down stairs. “10 up and down under 30,” she captioned a video.

5. She Works Out at the Gym

Bronte works out at Revo Gym in Australia and trains with Caitlin Betti “The Glute Girl.” Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Selena Gomez is one of the most transparent celebrities on the subject of mental health. Growing up in the public eye, she faced a lot of pressure from work, high profile relationships, physical health problems, and even from her fans. In a new interview with Fast Company, Selena, now 31, openly discusses some of her lowest points, including the backlash she experienced when bathing suit photos taken by paparazzi made her the subject of online bullying.

1. Selena Had a Lot of “Responsibility” at a Young Age

Selena,Gomez,At,The,2007,Abc,All,Star,Party.,BeverlyShutterstock

“When I was younger, I thought I could save the world,” Gomez tells Fast Company. “It breaks my heart to hear a girl come up to me and say, ‘I was so close to taking my life, but when I watched your documentary, I couldn’t imagine doing that anymore.’ That’s the coolest gift, but yeah, look at me . . . ,” she said crying. “It’s crazy to have that responsibility.”

2. In 2016 She Checked Into a 90-Day Treatment Program

Mental,Health,Bulb,Word,Cloud,,Health,ConceptShutterstock

She struggled with her mental health and ended up canceling the final leg of her Revival tour in 2016. She got help, checking herself into a 90-day stint at a treatment facility in Tennessee. Then, the following year she underwent a kidney transplant after a lupus diagnosis.

3. In 2020 She Revealed She Was Bipolar

She didn’t discuss her mental health until 2020, revealing in a one-on-one conversation with Miley Cyrus on Instagram Live that she’d been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. “I went through a really hard season. It was my highs and my lows, and I didn’t know what to do, so I couldn’t control it. I would want to cancel things. It was just a tormented feeling. That’s why, when I found out my diagnosis, it was just, ‘Oh, okay, I feel a bit relieved, I understand a bit more.’ I got second opinions. I went to doctors. I’m fortunate enough to be able to have people who can help me survive every day.”

4. She Was “Freaked” Out

“I grew up being a people pleaser,” she continued. “I had a responsibility at a very young age—young people were looking up to me. I didn’t know who I was. Having that responsibility would make me walk on eggshells a lot. I thought maybe it would be damaging to tell people who I am. It started to become a threat that freaked me out. Well, if you’re not right, then you can’t work.”

5. Her Diagnosis Left Her Feeling “A Bit Relieved”

“I went through a really hard season. It was my highs and my lows, and I didn’t know what to do, so I couldn’t control it. I would want to cancel things. It was just a tormented feeling. 6. Social Media Became Too Toxic for Her During Her Justin Bieber Breakup

Around the same time she was trying to heal from her final breakup with on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber, and found that social media had become too toxic a space for her. She handed over her password to her assistant and stayed off. “I had just gotten my heart broken. I didn’t need to see what everyone was doing,” she says. “Then there were those moments of not feeling positive about how I looked because of what I’d see on Instagram. Wow, I wish my body looked like that.”

7. Then, the Paparazzi Photos in Her Bathing Suit Surfaced

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,October,15,,2022:,Selena,Gomez,At,TheShutterstock

In 2018 paparazzi surfaced of Gomez in a bikini while boating in Australia, and trolls came out to get her. Before, she’d “had a teenager’s body,” she says.

8. She Was “Embarrassed,” But “How Unrealistic Is It to Expect a Normal Woman’s Body Not to Change?”

Now, “none of the sample sizes were fitting, and that would make me feel embarrassed. Although how unrealistic is it to expect a normal woman’s body not to change?”

9. She Hit Back at the Trolls

She decided to take a break from her social media detox and hit back. She took steady aim at “the beauty myth—an obsession with physical perfection that traps modern woman in an endless cycle of hopelessness, self-consciousness, and self-hatred as she tries to fulfill society’s impossible definition of flawless beauty.”

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
