She Doesn't Diet

Somers tells HollywoodLife that she doesn't diet, and says that she isn't afraid to indulge once in a while. "I eat real food," she says. "I eat butter, cream, sour cream, olive oil, full fat cream cheese. I eat grass-fed or organic protein. All my food is organic. I'm never on a diet."

Somers credits her healthy lifestyle to eating organic food. She tells HollywoodLife that she's been eating organic food since her childhood. "Where I grew up everything was organic (even though they didn't know it) because they weren't spraying poison on our foods," she says.

She Makes Smoothies In The Morning

Somers tells HollywoodLife that she's a really big fan of making smoothies in the morning. She says that her go-to recipe includes kale, spinach, ginger, and apples. "I'm getting my three cups of vegetables a day, right there," she says.

She Commits To Her Lifestyle

Somers is dedicated to her healthy lifestyle and eating well, and she says that this commitment helps her avoid cravings. "When you get yourself on a regimen where you're eating right and not eating chemicals, you don't get any strange cravings, because it's the chemicals that cause the craving," she explains to HollywoodLife. "The way that works is, when you eat, let's say a fast food hamburger, the brain goes, 'OK, I didn't get what I needed there. I didn't get the minerals. I didn't get the right vitamins… Let's just have some more.'"

She Uses A Thigh-Master

One of the things Somers is best known for is her Thigh-Master, which is a piece of exercise equipment that works your legs, specifically your thighs. On her website, she describes the product as, "This little wonder is still the best way to tone, shape and firm your inner thighs with just a few squeezes a day."
