She shared a unique way that she trains and stays in shape on the court on Instagram this week. Williams shared an underwater photo of her snorkeling in a unique pose. Perhaps Williams' most obvious fitness secret is the fact that she plays tennis. In order to be one of the best tennis players in the world, Williams has to practice and play tennis regularly. Williams and her sister Venus', story to being tennis superstars is being told in the new film, King Richard, which stars Will Smith as Williams' father and coach.

She Snorkels

As seen in her most recent Instagram photo, Williams loves to snorkel. She shared a series of photos and one video on Instagram of herself snorkeling with her husband and daughter.

She Gets Plenty Of Fresh Air

In addition to playing tennis and going snorkeling, Williams is often seen going outside and getting fresh air. Williams loves to post photos on Instagram of her trips to the beach, or strolling outside

She Makes Sure To Eat Healthy

In order to keep herself in shape for the tennis season, Williams has to eat healthy. She says to Fitness Magazine that it is easy for her to eat healthy. "Unless I'm eating really healthy, I feel [less than confident] almost every other week."

She Eats A Lot Of Veggies & Plant Based Food

Williams tells Women's Health that she's a big fan of eating veggies and plant-based items. "I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I'm eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff."
