1. She Trains in a Gym

Sure, you can workout at home, but according to Shaila, breaking a sweat in the gym is a better option. “As you know I like to train almost everywhere, but it is useless to deny it: in the gym it is quite another thing!” she said in this Instagram post. “I can always find the right tools, choose a different type of training each time, but also because the level of motivation is much higher …”

2. She Boxes

Shaila loves to get her fight on. “Boxing is a discipline that I have been approaching for a few years, another real passion!” she wrote in a post. "It helps me to stay in shape but above all to release my inexhaustible energies.” It also boasts another major benefit. “At the same time I learn to defend myself and to work with sacrifice and respect towards myself and others.”

3. She Uses Bands

To get the “perfect booty,” Shaila uses booty bands, maintain that, “the use of rubber bands” helps keep her backside in tip-top shape. "Busy day? We all know how hard it can be to fit a workout into our schedule, but why not get started with a 15-minute home workout? Working with a resistance band and in circuits will help you get your heart rate up, which will increase fat burn and muscle building," says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Orders Meal Boxes

Shaila’s lifestyle is busy, so to ensure she is eating healthy, well-balanced meals she orders up HelloFresh boxes. “Taking care of myself is my lifestyle. It makes me feel good and gives me a lot of satisfaction. 5. She Does HIIT Style Workouts

Shaila makes her workouts count. She is one of the many fit celebrities who swear by full body high intensity interval training workouts. She recently shared a workout video of her exercises with her followers, suggesting to do each of the four workouts four times for 30-40 seconds with a 10-15 second break in-between. "Workouts featuring High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can deliver many benefits without taking a lot of time. Benefits include burning fat, increasing muscle definition, reducing the risk of developing a chronic health condition, or simply burning off some stress," says the NASM.
