1. She Eats Healthy
Sikander broke down her health and wellness secrets in an interview with Celeb Fitness. She says that she eats pretty healthy each day. “I prefer eating healthy food and avoid oily stuff and rice. Instead of regular rotis, I have multi-grained rotis. My diet comprises a lot of proteins and less carbohydrates. Food with more fibre, such as egg whites, chicken, and fish form a big part of my diet."
2. She Ignores The Trolls

Being in the public eye, Sikander is unfortunately subjected to a lot of trolls on social media. However, she doesn’t let them bother her, and encourages others to do the same. “People shouldn’t be bothered at all if any actor or actress is going for plastic surgery,” she tells the Indian Express. “At the end of the day, it is their hard-earned money. People can of course have opinions, but trolling I don’t understand.”
3. She Practices Meditation

One reason Sikander isn’t affected by trolls? She has started to practice meditation. She tells the Indian Express that meditation has helped her relax in her day-to-day life. “Trolls rarely affect me now, all thanks to the meditation that I practice on a regular basis. That helps me keep calm.”
4. She Focuses On Her Happiness

Sikander tells Celeb Fitness that she prioritizes what makes her happy in life. “My mantra in life is to live and let live,” she says. “I believe in giving as much as I can to people. I’m a happy soul and believe in staying happy no matter how tough the going is. I feel blessed to have the love of my family and friends. Being able to do things for them makes me happy.”
5. She’s All About Self-Care

Sikander is all about self-care. She tells Celeb Fitness that she makes time to do things that relax her, even with her busy schedule. “I just love going to spas and indulging myself in massages at least once a week. Sleeping is another great way to relax. Listening to soft music helps me unwind after a hard day’s work. Traveling is another passion that always rejuvenates me.”
