Indian actress Shanaya Kapoor is taking a break from her busy schedule to share some adorable photos. 1. She’s A Dancer

Like many other Bollywood stars, Kapoor is a talented dancer. “Dance cardio is an approachable way to get moving while listening to your favorite music,” says weight loss couch Stephanie Mansour. “Instead of dreading the same run you take every day, you’ll look forward to learning new dance moves that make working out fresh and inviting. 3. She Eats Fruit For Breakfast

Kapoor enjoys a light breakfast of coffee and fruit. “Apples are one of the easiest, long shelf life fruits to pack and enjoy on the go — so if you always have them with you you can reach for the apple instead of other tempting treats,” says Jennifer Hyland, RD, CSP, LD. “Remember, as a general rule for any fruits that have a higher natural sugar content, try to pair them with natural peanut butter or nuts to get some protein at the same time — this can prevent your blood sugar from spiking.”
4. She Lifts Weights

Kapoor is dedicated to lifting weights at the gym, even captioning one tongue-in-cheek Instagram post “weights before dates.” “Such exercises also improve glucose metabolism, enhance maintenance of healthy body weight, and help improve cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure,” says I-Min Lee, professor of epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. “All these factors lead to lower risks of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and diabetes, which lowers mortality risk.”
5. She Uses a Face Roller
Kapoor takes care of her beautiful complexion by using a jade face roller. “They’re gently used to massage the face,” says dermatologist Shilpi Khetarpal, MD. “It’s a temporary improvement in the overall texture and color of skin. The lymphatic system is your body’s way of getting rid of toxins and unwanted bacteria in the body. So by rolling in a certain direction, you can improve the lymphatic flow and drainage of the face.”
