Shannon also loves to box. The model has shared photos and videos of herself getting her fight on. Harvard Health endorses boxing as a great workout. “Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther,” they explain.
3. Drink Matcha Tea
Shannon is a big fan of Matcha Turmeric tea, which she drinks with hot water or adds to her smoothies.”One of the reasons to become fond of matcha tea is its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic power, which is reflected in the skin, making it appear smoother and more luminous,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Matcha is a powdered green tea, famous in the world for its multiple health benefits.”
4. Stay Active Outdoors
Shannon is outside a lot engaging in activities. A few ways she likes to break a sweat al fresco include walking, paddle tennis, basketball, and swimming. Enjoy it, just be careful of heat exhaustion. "To treat heat exhaustion, get out of the heat and sun ASAP. If possible, go inside an air-conditioned building. Loosen your clothes and drink water or electrolyte drinks. If you have access to a cool bath or wet washcloths, use one or both to get your skin’s temperature down," says the Cleveland Clinic.
5. Do Yoga

Shannon is a fan of yoga for the mind-body experience. “Yoga has many styles, forms and intensities. Hatha yoga, in particular, may be a good choice for stress management. Hatha is one of the most common styles of yoga, and beginners may like its slower pace and easier movements,” explains the Mayo Clinic. “But most people can benefit from any style of yoga — it's all about your personal preferences.”
