1. She Strength Trains
De Lima likes to share her workouts on her Instagram and TikTok pages. She likes to post videos of herself doing different exercises, and even has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to fitness. In the highlight, De Lima does a lot of strength training exercises. She is seen doing lateral pull-downs, kettlebell squats, and lifting small barbells over her head. According to the American Cancer Society, “Strength training increases bone density and reduces the risk of fractures.”
2. She Plays Tennis

De Lima loves to go to the tennis courts and takes classes. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself posing on the court, racquet in hand, where she revealed how much she loves playing tennis.
