Exercise at Home

If you don't like the gym, you can still get a workout in. "I don't go to a gym, they petrify me," she said in a recent post. She also revealed that when she doesn't work out, she loses weight. "I've lost a lot of weight recently just from not working out and things like that. I'm back on the grind and I feel so much better for this."

Use a Jump Rope

Shannon's secret fitness weapon is a jump rope! "I feel like everyone sleeps on skipping. I've been brought up in a boxing family and my brother competed at Commonwealth level so I've always known skipping is the best form of cardio," she said in the same Instagram video, "Please try it, it's amazing, I do double ups, all that good stuff for about 25 minutes."

3

Prioritize Self-Care

"I think self-care to me is associated with health," Singh told Heat World. "First of all, if I have a day off, I'll have a long lie-in. I'll spend the whole day in my pajamas if I have to! I also love having a bath, I love lighting a candle. I know everyone says it for self-care, but for females, a face mask, chick flick and a bath do you wonders." She also minimizes her time on the phone. "I try not to be on my phone too much on a self-care day, social media can be a toxic place where you compare yourself to other people with unattainable lifestyles. I'll sit and watch Netflix or listen to music."

Clean for Your Mental Health

Hana maintains that cleaning is good for her mind. "I know it sounds weird but cleaning also brings me a little bit of therapy," Shannon divulged to Heat World. "I'll really clean my room and make sure it's fresh, change my bed and then get my face mask on. I'm not going to lie, I also sometimes love a glass of red wine on an evening, too."

Use Healing Crystals

"I've got crystals and have really got into them recently. My best friend Ruby is really amazing and is my spiritual angel. She's into sound healing and full moon rituals… I just follow along and copy her!" Shannon told Heat World. "I keep all my crystals on my side drawer, I've got a massive Amethyst, I've got rose quartz I've got orange serine I've got clear quartz… I've got my own little collection. I used to go to Ibiza around three times a year, because of Covid and things like that I haven't been this year, but I normally go to the hippy markets, there are so many amazing stalls."

6

Juice

Shannon drinks her nutrients in the form of a self-made green juice. "I always make a morning juice, my go-to green juice recipe is spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon and apple. It's honestly delicious. Juices are so good for staying healthy," she told Heat World.
