Actress Shantel VanSanten, star of For All Mankind and The Boys, celebrated Earth Day and tried to get the word out about it. She did so by posting a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In one photo, VanSanten posed at the beach, while a wave splashed her. She wore a white bathing suit, showing off her body. She's All About Environmentalism

In her Earth Day Instagram post, VanSanten encouraged her followers to protect the planet. "We don't just live on this planet we must learn to live with it," she wrote. "From conscious consuming, to preservation practices, it starts with EACH of us doing our parts… we only get one… we must care for her and be aware of how our choices are affecting the blue marble we inhabit."

She Switches Up Her Workouts

In an interview posted on her website, VanSanten revealed her favorite ways to work out. She says that she likes to do a lot of different exercises, and on a consistent basis. "I also work out probably six to seven days a week, and I do Pilates and cardio on the Stairmaster. I'm obsessed with the Stairmaster. I lift weights."

She Starts Off Her Day Healthily

VanSanten broke down her favorite breakfasts to SELF. She says that she loves to start her day by eating something healthy. "For me, having greek yogurt and some granola is the perfect start-up breakfast because it has many benefits. It's filling, healthy and gives me energy to start my day."

She Swapped Coffee For Tea

VanSanten told SELF that she doesn't enjoy coffee with her breakfast. The actress revealed that she swapped coffee for tea, and that she is seeing results. "I also try not to drink coffee so I found this mango ginger green tea and its my favorite. I don't travel anywhere without it!"

She Uses Vitamin E On Her Skin

VanSanten has amazing skin, and she told Allure some of her secrets. She says that she likes to use Vitamin E oil to keep her skin looking healthy. "People will say, Your skin is awesome.' And I'm like, 'Oh, I just dumped a whole bunch of vitamin E oil on it.' I'll try anything."
