Sharna Burgess in Bathing Suit Shows Off "Best Body Yet"

Sharna Burgess of Dancing with the Stars is currently expecting her first child with boyfriend, Brian Austin Green. She is still making time to hit the beach and break out her swimsuits. Burgess just posted a new reel on Instagram. In it, she changes from sweats to a bright pink number. She captioned the reel, "My best and proudest bikini body yet." She Does Tabata Lower Body Workouts

Burgess is a fan of Tabata workouts. She broke down her go-to lower body workout in an interview with Us Weekly. "I'm a big fan of Tabata because you get so much work done so quickly and you don't even realize it," she says. "You're sticking to a schedule, you can't mosey about. You're in and you're out in eight minutes with this one."

She Doesn't Restrict Herself

Burgess broke down her wellness and health secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that she isn't afraid to indulge, as she thinks this helps her continue to eat healthy. "I don't try to restrict myself too much. I have that personality that if you tell me I can't chocolate then the first thing I crave is chocolate and most likely I will find some."

She Snacks On Healthy Items

Burgess tells Women Fitness that she eats pretty healthy. She says that she likes to snack on healthy options, and stops eating late at night. "I do like to snack on fruits and vegetables and green smoothies. I found out that if I keep my snacking clean and don't eat after 8 pm, I feel much better."

"Listen to Your Body"

Burgess is a professional dancer, which means she has to take care of her body. Burgess has had to deal with injuries, and she says that she makes sure to take care of them and not push herself too hard. She says to Women Fitness, "My advice to every dancer or to everyone for that matter is to take care of your body. Listen to your body and if something feels off, get it checked. If your doctors diagnose you with something you don't like, you still have to listen."

She Loves Yoga

In addition to dancing, Burgess is a fan of yoga, specifically hot yoga. She tells Women Fitness, "I am totally addicted to hot yoga. I simply can't get enough of it. In between seasons, I am usually taking classes at least four times a week. I love the way I feel at the end of class, completely refreshed, stretched and ready for what's ahead."
