She Embraces Her Age
Stone is not afraid of getting older. In fact, she embraces it. Stone tells The Hollywood Reporter that a health scare is what gave her this mindset. "I don't choose to make growing older a negative. I choose to get older. Growing older is my goal … I was in an ICU for nine days and the survival rate for what I went through is very low. I don't need someone to make me feel bad about growing older. I'll tell you what makes you feel bad: when you think you might not."
She Works Hard

One of Stone's biggest wellness secrets is maintaining a sense of discipline. She tells The Hollywood Reporter, "I work for it. I work at everything. To me, discipline is a kind of freedom."
She Switches Up Her Exercises

Stone revealed some of her workout secrets to Shape. She says that she makes sure to work out her entire body. Stone also says that she likes to do different exercises each day. "Every time I exercise, I do something different based on which areas need to get in motion," she explained.
She Works Out At Home

Stone has a busy schedule, which means she doesn't always have time to go to the gym. However, she still finds a way to workout on a regular basis. She tells Shape that she likes to workout at home, anywhere she can. "Sometimes I do a series of standing leg lifts and circles in the tub, using the water as resistance."
She Gave Up Alcohol

Stone revealed in her Hollywood Reporter interview that she has decided to give up drinking. "I drank so little to begin with. But seven years ago, I was training and I wanted to get really cut up. I looked at Madonna — we're the same age — and I asked my trainer, 'What am I not doing? Find out what she's doing!' She came back and said, 'I don't think she drinks any alcohol.' So I decided to try zero for three months. And I saw a huge difference!"
